Very noisy, flimsy and difficult to return

Springs are incredibly noisy, every time one of us moves we hear a huge ping going off. (I'm 9 stone.) We bought one of the cheaper range ones, but still expected it to be more solid.
The biggest shame about this purchase was that after we have realised we'd definitely like to return it, we were told payment and courier service (very expensive) of returning was for us to organise and it would need to be within a specific 7-day window only 60 days after you've used it. Because we had opened the package (which you need to in order to sleep on it), Furnitureful were unable to organise returning the mattress to their warehouse themselves. The trial is incredibly inconvenient. Sorry chaps, not for me!

Was delivered on time however due to my personal circumstances I had to return the items.

I bought a bed & mattress from this company a while ago & the customer service I received is absolutely impeccable. Marlene in particular was amazing in abating and Adhering to any issues I had, ie, a Fault part. She & the team immediately sent a replacement and ensured everything was up to standard before closing the Raised concern. I would DEFINITELY without a doubt recommend purchasing from this company, the bed itself was relatively easy to assemble with just one person and it does exactly what I need it to do. The only thing I’d change, if anything is the Headboard is a bit too high leaving quite a large gap between the bed base & pillows can Easily fall down between

Exactly the right type of person who you need to talk to when you are already stressed with an issue with the order. I was always instructed very clearly on what I have to do from my end and I would recommend all to buy from Furnitureful

Excellent value for money.

Bought a small double for teenager and she loves it, perfect for the room, delivery was on time and easy to assemble. QR code for assembly video did not work but the instructions were clear enough.

Got a courtesy call from Marlene about 2 weeks later to see how we got on and had no issues...perfect for the price

Misleading advertisement. I brought a small double bed and mattress from this company online. In fairness the bed is just what we wanted and a reasonable price. The mattress however is advertised falsely. Claims of memory foam toppers and perfect body support are absolute rubbish. The mattress is very poor quality and the springs are poking into your back as soon as you lie on it out of the pack. The company refuse to refund until 60 days are up. I have reminded them that by law their advertising must not be misleading which it clearly is. So I will report them to their local trading standards and encourage others to fo the same.

We were searching for a reasonably priced small double bed on line, and came across Furnitureful.
The design and price was to our liking and found the ordering process very easy.
The kit arrived exactly at the arranged time - no issues there at all.
The bed was easy to assemble and we were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the bed, it's strong slats and general sturdiness.
We are very happy with the purchase and would be more than happy to recommend Furnitureful beds to anyone whose considering buying one
