Delivery service has been shocking

Delivery service has been shocking! We still don’t have the mattress and when we tried to get it delivered on a day we would be home they came the next day instead and we missed it again the card says pick up from depot but they tried to deliver it again don’t know what is going on

Sent me a mattress with stains on

Absolute awful company

Don't respond to emails, don't answer the number provided and run an awful customer service via email - though it takes over 12 hours to receive a response !

I ordered a mattress and it was delivered with stains on it!

When trying to arrange for this to be collected, as stated in the company's policies, they are trying to say I need to return it myself and pay the cost of the return - baring in mind this is a king size mattress!

Now having to go through trading standards and PayPal resolution centre to have this sorted - and what a load of chaos it has caused!

Do not use !!

I had an excellent service, from first point of contact to delivery and the bed frame arrived early and was packaged well and of excellent quality. I would definitely order again in future from this company. Thank you

No communication very poor customer…

No communication very poor customer service. I’ve had the mattress a few months used in the spare room but recently my daughter moved back home for 2 months and hasn’t had a decent sleep since being here on it. Very poor quality. Bought a topper to try and improve it but still uncomfortable. Very disappointed.

I bought a item sofa bed from this…

I bought a item sofa bed from this company recently and it had a massive gap between the top and middle compartment and parts were loose when asked for a refund they forwarded me the manufacturer detail and took a long time to reply. Very unprofessional and poor quality product

48h…

They sold me a mattress with 48h delivery. Waited for it 4days with no details been given whats going on. As soon as i emailed them, got email with saying sorry order been accepted by system mistake. Im not happy at all.

Shocking company - do not use.

Once again, this matter is still not resolved from October, even though contact information was requested from me.
I am now instructing a solicitor following a consultation with the Citizens advice bureau.
In October, your bed was incorrectly advertised, therefore you breached your contract as the item was mis sold to me.
I didn't know the error until the bed was constructed, it should have been an automatic return set up and collection booked. You agreed, eventually on the return, but wanted us to oay to return it.
You have been continually unhelpful and have just dragged your feet, well no more.
The only way I seem to get a response is through trust pilot.
So, Furnitureful, trading as Finest Furnishings Ltd, expect a letter, not only now for a refund, return costs, but compensation for 7 months worth of stress and also to cover the costs of the solicitor, once the case is won.

On a follow up to your reply:

THE BED WAS MIS-SOLD, I don't know how else I can say it.
You advertised the WRONG DIMENSIONS, therefore, you are in breach on contract.
I have had NO contact from anyone for months.
See you in court.

I’ve received product and it’s so cheap…

I’ve received product and it’s so cheap and springs are so near top it’s uncomfortable. I’ve asked for refund but won’t get back to me other than saying I need to keep for 60 days. I’ve got severe arthritis in my back so it’s not good.

The 60 nights trial, which is explained in our website, allows customers to return their open mattresses for a full refund of the mattress.
Within this trial the customer must keep the mattress for 60 nights and after the trial if you still do not wish to keep this, it can be returned for a full refund. We are sorry to hear that this policy does not work for you despite from the mattress being advertised with having a 60 nights trial, and the policy detail being clearly described on the website.

A brilliant company.

A brilliant company, a fantastic service, fast delivery, a great price and such a lovely bed, also the couriers were so helpful and nice. I would highly recommend Furnitureful from start to finish.

Item returned, refund received but was a bit of hassle to sort out

If you want a mattress etc in a hurry they are super quick getting it sent out to you. I sent back a mattress as delivered in package unopened and they received it on Thursday 6th April 2023. They have had 3 working days to at least confirm they have/will process my refund. 13.04.23 I have just received a confirmation of refund from Furnitureful after initial review posted. I received my refund but it was a bit of a hassle.

If you have an ask about return they'll not help you out. They don't adhere to their return policy which is all over the website when ordering. Wrong details about mattress advertised on the site

Matrass advertised as 20cm but in fact they're 15-17cm high only. If you have an ask about return they'll stop communicating with you. Very unprofessional and go opposite of what is advertised on their site about the return policy.

Reading the good reviews helped

Reading the good reviews helped. Disappointed that the reviews indicated the item came in a variety of colours, but that didn’t seem to be the case on your website. Would have liked to have seen delivery options before reaching checkout. Otherwise, the experience of buying from your website was a positive one. Very hopeful that the item I’ve ordered and speed of delivery will live up to expectations.
