Do not use this company

Same issues as everybody else seems to have experienced with this company - I ordered goods, they were not delivered, they blamed Evri for losing the parcel and said they would refund me. One month later and four further completely ignored emails and I have neither the goods nor the refund!

This company seem to take your money…

This company seem to take your money but do not deliver goods! I asked Wowcher to help but they said you must deal with the company who only say the enquiry is in a queue, do not send a new email whilst waiting as you will go to the back of the queue!! Wowcher should check the companies they deal with!! Do not buy anything from Fusion Homeware is my advice!

The meanest crooks ever

This is a scam company which will really take your money and give you nothing in return. They won't even have the decency to reply to your emails.
First week in December I purchased a laundry basket which in accordance with Fusion Homeware was lost in transit by Hermes.
Initially they offered to give me a replacement or a refund.
I have asked for a replacement which never arrived. Then I asked for a full refund which I never received.
After that I never heard from them again.
This is the most disgusting shopping experience I ever have had.
Probably this is how they make their money by cheating on people.
I bought things from Chinese companies and I received a replacement or a refund when I wasn't pleased with their products.
This site should offer the option to chose no star at all.
Now it's clear to me that I am going to lose my money (£11.99 for the item and £3.99 for delivery). I paid this amount to Wowcher which also did very little to help me. I sent an email to Wowcher and asked for their support. They crated a case incident no. and contacted Fusion and asked them to assist me. After that everything went completely quiet.
I advise anyone to stay away from Fusion Homeware. Better give your money away to some charity.

I've been waiting for goods to be…

I've been waiting for goods to be delivered from Fusionhomeware since mid May 2021, no updates to let me know if goods are on their way. I am currently trying to contact this company via their online contact but unable to send, contact administrator some other way!!!!!! Does anyone have a telephone number for this company?

Steer clear!!!

Againgain. Wish there was a no stars option!
Bought 2 ‘luxury’ pillows..
Yeah right!!!

Total cheap crap!! I did manAge to grt in touch and theyve kindly asked ME to pay for their return!!

Would have given zero stars if I could.

Ordered a non-trip, dirt-grabber doormat. When it arrived it was damaged as the rubber edge was split in several places. Have spent ages trying to get a resolution without success as they keep asking for photos over and over again. When I send them photos they log another ticket and so the process starts all over again.

In the end I got so fed up I raised a dispute with my credit card company and got a full refund that way. They were happy to accept my evidence of damage just the once and now Fusionhomeware (trading as Fusion Online) can try and fob my credit card company off!

Hiya...I ordered 3 cream throws...was…

Hiya...I ordered 3 cream throws...was given delivery dates...nothing happened the dates came and went....ended up contacting Livingsocial who they advertised through and Fusion helpline...found out weeks later they lost my codes and were out of the cream throws. Still awaiting a refund !!

Bad service and bad quality been trying…

Bad service and bad quality been trying to contact them about some pillows I bought and they've ignored my emails... Finally getting in touch with me 3 weeks later after I constantly emailed... Then to be told they don't issue refunds do not buy of them.

Ordered And payed for two throws that I have never received through a Livingsocial from this company. Both livingsocial and Fusion home wares are terrible to deal with I’ve no way of speaking to a human being from any of these companies. Terrible customer service and also their thieves as they’ve taken my money.

Terrible quality, had to pay for postage

I ordered a pair of goose feather pillows from Fusion Homeware using Wowcher. The retail price was apparently £80 reduced to £17 but I doubt it was ever worth that much! The pillows were really poor quality - lumpy, smelly and with feathers sticking out. I have also had to pay for return delivery and postage! Not worth it at all.

Stay well away they scammed me . Lost my parcel and they tryna tell me that living social are supposed to get me a refund and not them and living social said fushion homeware. I think they are a pack of scammers people . And the thing is they dont even have a phone number to ring which I think is dodgy . Complained them to the consumer affairs office in europe

I bought a 3-in-1 mop via GoGroopie and when it arrived it didn't work. I sent evidence of this to Fusion Homeware and they said they would send a replacement. This never arrived and when I chased them they said Hermes had lost the parcel and they would refund my money. When the refund didn't happen they said I had to chase GoGroopie. This is the worst customer service imaginable. STAY AWAY FROM FUSION HOMEWARE

Just had delivery of our order bath towels Do Not Buy. U dont get what's displayed we got 4 very small hand towels 2 bath towels which spose b sheets and 4 face towels that's not wot we ordered tryed Co tacting fusion by email not allowing me to send never buy off these again
