Ordered "10 Piece cotton towel bundle". The description for this item was as follows "Includes four face towels, four hand towels and two bath towels". When received I would say this should be more like. "Four Face Clothes (very small definitely not towels) Four Hand Towels and Four Small Bath Towels. Feel that the description and photo image are quite misleading. About the price I'd say you get what you pay for and delivery on time.

I ordered a massage chair through Wowcher back on 29th January 2020 and the item has never arrived. I have been chasing them ever since but they either ignore my email or give an empty ill thought response. I have provided them proof my Hermes did not deliver the item and have told them they are thieves that I am reporting to Trading Standards as they should not be allowed to continue to trade.

Ordered towel bale . Product never came to me . Customer service is an email page that when u have filled in it says sorry try again some other time . Iv tried over 10 times . So they basically STOLE my money . AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE ! Well done wowcha. Thanks for getting me involved with these thiefs

Disgusting company.

Parcel was due to be delivered 04th to 05th, did not show. Then advised would be delivered Saturday 07th and it wasnt. Contacted Fusion to ask what was going on all they said was Hermes Tracking says you SHOULD have it in a few days. They did not follow it up. I followed it up and after an argument with Hermes who only want to deal with the seller, found out it was lost on Saturday. Hermes then said the seller must call us and I emailed again and told they have to wait 48 hours for a response. Went intonthe ebay page and they were actually notified yesterday at 1633 that Hermes was instigating a Claim Code for the seller. NOTE this was in the system before Herwmes said it will take 48 hours to hear back. SO how did I manage to find out then. It has since been repeated by Hermes the seller can call but Fusion wont. I now have to wait and am out of pocket and no delivery. I have requested a new item be sent out next dsy delivery but nothing. This is not unreasonable considering if they had soeted it out and made the phone call I would not have had to spend an hour trying to communicate with Hermes and 7 days now sitting st home waiting. Abaolute disgusting Customer Sevice. Furios and upset already a heart condition.

Terrible. Never received items and they never addressed complaint when I emailed them. Would not recommend!

Still waiting for my item a month later, takes days to get a response from them. 100% would NOT recommend. Bought through wowcher. Very painful experience.

Ordered tray through wowcher and when it didn’t arrive I emailed to see where it was. Only to be told that they don’t deliver to Northern Ireland. Even though there website says nothing about that!!

I placed an oder more than z month ago with wowcher,who placed an order with Fusion on my behalf,I paid for 1 bale of towels which i have not recieved.First time I used wowcher and will be the last time.I thought I was paying mg hard earned money with a reputable company seems not.

I placed an order and paid for a bale of towels five weeks ago I have not received my order and I emailed the company and have not received any reply. It is obvious I have lost my money and will never order from this company again they are an absolute disgrace do not purchase from them.

Wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing through Wowcher. Bought what was supposed to be a quality dogs bed with a quality foam interior.
What an absolute joke, the interior was about a cm thick of the cheapest, nastiest cushion stuffing you can imagine.
Bought for a rescue dog to finally feel comfort but instead back to laying on the floor.
So upset and they want me to pay to return as well, ridiculous when I paid to get it delivered.
Stay clear from this sham of a company. Will be seeking advice.

Do Not buy from this company They sent me the wrong item and expect me to foot the bill for postage..I am reporting them to Wowcher...they are the most untrustworthy company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with

This company is an absolute joke, I order a Himalayan salt lamp which arrived completely battered black scuff marks on the salt lamp itself and then the wooden stand it stood on had scuffs and chips of wood missing, I contacted them immediately with a number of images of the product of which they respond 2 weeks later to say please return the item in the condition it was received? a 3-5kg lamp, I am not paying postage to send this sort of item back when I am not to fault. I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone stay well away not worth your money or time!!!

Bought faux fur throw via Wowcher, IMMEDIATELY cancelled order straight away as had second thoughts. Will Never use Wowcher or Fusion Homeware again, alleged faux fur looked nothing like the picture and nothing like fur.

Contacted Fusion Homeware 5 times and was ignored totally, even though they claim to reply within 24 hrs!!!! Finally got through on phone and told to return parcel AT MY EXPENSE! Feel I’ve been scammed. Product cheap and nasty and nothing like supposed ‘original’ price

was going to order an item via Wowcher so pleased I saw these reviews I wont be buying from this company Im off to Dunelm where I can look and feel what im actually buying and not get ripped off via wowcher and the shocking companies they deal with
