When I purchased an expandable hose from this company it arrived pretty quickly, however when I came to connect it, it was leaking from the connection. I contacted fusion-online through Ebay where I had purchased it from. They immediately sent me a replacement no quibble and did say don't bother to send the old one back. This was in May of this year. However after using several times during the summer the hose covering exploded. I Thought, should I bother as it was so cheap, but on reflection I also knew as a pensioner I shouldn't have to pay to replace it. I sent several messages through Ebay but did not get a response and was quite angry. Finally I found details on their website that gave a customer service number to call. The lady who answered my call explained they could not access old transactions unless they had an order number, so suggested I look at my paypal account and make a complaint through them. I found my transaction and phoned her back and gave her the number. She immediately refunded the money into my paypal account, which is now showing. She was very polite and apologised and did say they no longer sell that product. I am very happy with her response, so thank you.

Ordered 4 100% Egyptian cotton bath sheets on 20th September 2018 from Fusion homeware via mightydeals, received an email a few days later saying said order had been dispatched, the email also contained a tracking number so that we could see the progress of the parcel. On the 2nd of October 2018 I tried to track the order and via the tracking website was told that the courier was waiting for the parcel to arrive from the sender. Frustrated I rang fusion homeware to find out what was happening. The lady I spoke to said she would look into the matter and email me before the close of business. Once 5pm arrived I rang again and was told she was waiting for an email from the courier. At 5.30pm I received an email saying that the courier could not locate the parcel, the email also offered a replacement or full refund. I replied asking for a refund. Just waiting to see how long the refund is going to take.

orderered duck feather pillows which were supposed to be £80 but reduced to 7.99

holy cows! the pillows arrived with feathers sticking out, stinking of a farm. Got in touch with groupon and was told fusion will come back, they eventually did and asked for the pillowed to be returned but I would have to pay for the P&P...
rip off, avoid...

I bought 3 Wowcher Vouchers for 6 Dickens Feather Pillows, never received them, and they have a dud phone number on their website which doesn't ring, they never reply to emails. Wowcher are equally as bad, they washed their hands of it. " equally bad companies to deal with.

Having placed an order for bathroom towels through wowcher from Fusion Howeware. I was pretty disgusted to have received a set of alleged bathroom towels. First of all the majority were flannels. The remainder were hand towels with one slighly larger, but noway a bath towel. Further more under close inspection, they were of very poor quality an i have used better to polish the car. A couple were frayed and had holes in them.The advert on Wowcher no way represents any form of true likeness and in my opinion is a true misrepresentation of the product on offer.Be aware.

Naively believed what I read. I bought four Egyptian cotton bath towels through Living Social. Said that they were luxury Egyptian cotton - I wouldn't use them for my dogs (actually tried, but not absorbent in any way). So thin you can see through them, and not the colour described. Can't return as didn't keep the original packaging.

Definitely do not buy from here!

Like another review here, I bought four Egyptian cotton bath towels through Wowcher, supposedly made from 100% super luxurious 500gsm Egyptian cotton for £14 (supposedly reduced from £79.99). I suppose its buyer beware as these are definitely not luxury towels - very thin and poorly made. Not sure they're even worth the £14 I paid. Just wish I'd read the other review before I bought them.

Bought two children’s pop up tent from them, trough wowcher. The first one came about a week later then it said but we did receive it eventually! We thought it was good value for money so we bought another, well that was nearly a month ago and no sign of the tent? I have emailed them multiple times an no reply! Dodgy company!!

i bought a set of towels from this company via wowcher,
they were advertised as reduced from £89.99 to £14.00
I stupidly thought that this was a bargain.... how wrong could I be,
the product I received was not the one on the photos in the advert, they looked soft and fluffy and were advertised as 600gsm!!!!!
this is defiantly not what I received, if I could add photos to this review I would,
they are GREY not white and can only be described as fit for dishcloths!!!!
I have tried to contact this company via their telephone number but it has a funny ring tone that no one answers!!!
so I decided to send them an email as wowcher said I can only contact them online,,, surprise, surprise... they do not reply...

NOT HAPPY AT ALL, WILL NEVER USE YOU OR WOWCHER EVER AGAIN
