This is such a gem of a firm. The best way to describe it is: Lucid flex at the fraction of the cost. I have done very well with lucid flex, moving live with them and no longer being able to trade their evaluations. It was such a relief finding this firm and getting back to my groove. I was able to take a payout on 2 accounts and I love their wallet system, which is like tpt's system except using the wallet to purchase/reset evals is beneficial to the trader as $1 of credit is worth $1.05. Customer service is also very responsive and Bolaji has taken my ticket twice, and both times resolved my issue even with one instance being my fault and they were courteous enough to find a solution.

I made an inadvertent mistake and reached out to their customer service and they got back to me within 24 hours with a more than fair resolution so I can’t say enough good things about them. I just began my trading journey with them, so I’m looking forward to working towards successful payouts, but this gives me a great first impression!

Very clear trade rules, fewer restrictions than other firms. The best customer service I've received from a prop firm.

India is Banned in their List dont know why other companies like lucid, apex are allowing Indians to trade why futureselite not makes big queston

Excellent customer service. Had an issue that many firms wouldn't even look at to fix but Futures Elite immediately took care of a problem that was my own fault. Quick payouts as well. Couldn't be happier

I normally don’t leave reviews but the conversation i just had with support forced me to leave a review. So i couldn’t trade bc of a lock on my recently passed challenge. Turns out i was using an external copier to my own accounts and it caused a flag for multiple IPS. The team asked for proof front external accounts that i was manually trading and simply copying my own trades to and i provided that to them in a few screen shots. Less than 15 min later they funded my accounts! Moral of the story , their customer support gave me a phenomenal experience and a review was well deserved.

I was a little scared to try a firm besides the "known" Apex and bigger ones but I gave it a shot and I really like their platform. Customer service is super quick to respond which is always so appreciated! Really like trading with them!

Legit firm, $9,000 payout received, understanding risk team.

Futureselite has proven to be another legit firm-- I like how the dashboard updates instantly, and how they offer bundles so you don't have to waste time buying accounts one at a time. I received my first $9,000 payout from them last week after their 90/10 split, and I just requested another 7500$ payout that should be 6750$ after the split. (payout request is pending). Their risk team had some concerns about my trading, but I can confidently say that this firm cares about their traders. After addressing their concerns, the risk team was very understanding, and processed my payout a few days later. So if this happens to you, don't be alarmed, there is a great, understanding risk team that will make sure to send your payout as long as you don't break any rules. Thanks Futures Elite for an amazing experience, looking forward to our journey together!

Great dashboard, the challenge parameters are great, looking forward to seeing the payout times. However, I made a mistake and reset the incorrect evaluation early on and the customer service reps helped me fix it! I was really surprised they helped when the mistake was COMPLETELY my fault. I'll be using Elite as long as I possibly can! Highly recommend! (Great pricing too...) Thank you to Musafir, and Bolaji!!!
