The app design it's still in basic styles, beside the signals and spreeds for XauUsd are not smoothly go with margin call go up hight at risk hours. So I give you 3 stars !!!

Everything need to wait 24 hour.. If you submit wrong document.. You need to wait for them to cancel and after that you need to resubmit the document.. And withdrawal also same.. Need to wait for 24 hour..

I tried to open a second trade in the opposite direction of the same pair. It closed the existing trades without warning or prompt.

Got a notification that says "take profit limit reached" on my phone even though i had no trades open. Considering i had issues with them previously where i placed a buy limit and when price got to my buy zone my trade was not excuted and despite making a complain by raising the issue and provided a screenshot with evidence tehy never resolved it. this scared me and im seriously considering my next move.

Its a habit among brokers when they go big they start dropping their performance.
Terrible customer support, terrible RMs , a simple issue of enabling trading on my account took them over 2 days and still not resolved.

This is the most useless broker I have encountered in my life. deposited $10 they deducted $3 as deposit service charge. No MT5 login. To terminate and close the account I was asked to make another deposit so they can withdraw again $3 each for both deposit, withdrawal and account closure. What a STANDARD SCAM BROKER. HABA FXTM. E no good oooo. Anyway na only me waka enter your app. I don waka comot.

I like how the new updated App works now.
However I still fell like more details can be update, like having an option for points to be calculated in price, pips or currency.
Also I can't get to place two trades at the same time, every time I place a second trade, the first one automatically cancels, I don't know if its a bug, or a security system you have fixed for risk management, I'm still getting a hang of the app, maybe I will figure out better ways of trading, so far so good though.

Why accept deposits if withdrawal is a nightmare?
You are not honest. Your advice on FXTM hub is rather unreliable because you place a trade, then the results go otherwise, and when you exit that trade, it now matches. Mmm unless it's intentional.
