Withdrawal original money is very difficult. Dont apply this.

I submitted withdrawal and never succeed. Last time in April. It rejected me as not correct channel. Now I resubmitted by crypto wallet. Still rejected but the system never return the money to my account for resending. Just holding the money. If it can reject immediately, I can know what happened .Then i asked CS for reason. it showed me how to withdraw by different amounts but the system never telling. I lost $10 as inactive account and important that i lost my time, and I keep to withdraw just small money $301USD. It is crazy to use so many time for this. Please leave this company if you want to get the refund faster. This company keeps to ask and wait and holding. Here is the successful withdrawal message, but not true. CS said actually the channel is wrong and need to hold now. .... "301.00 USD and this is currently being processed. Your transaction is being processed and your funds will be with you soon. You can check the standard processing time for your withdrawal and the current status on MyFXTM Transaction History. We’ll be in touch should we need any more information to complete your transaction. Our Customer Support Team is here to help, and should you have any questions please feel free to visit the Help Centre or contact us here." therefore, my feeling, i never believe the slow system can help people to earn, including Deposit and Withdrawal. Just for your reference.

I moved countries

As I moved countries, I requested an update on my address and phone number under personal details.
This became very complicated in my opinion.
Instead of just updating a database I had to open a new profile, redo verification and then have my funds transferred.
It took a week for FXTM to advise and transfer my funds. First telling me I had to withdraw the funds!
The whole process could be much smoother and quicker FXTM, you can do better.

Your system is not transparent

Your system is not transparent, you offered a gift and made it known to me that there was no obligation, but once I activated the gift, you required me to make a deposit. Then you automatically upgraded me to another level which required me to deposit more money. I have to deposit so much money and I can't make any withdrawals. This is a scam!
