Fazle did a great job moving my router

Fazle did a great job moving my router. Make sure the original set up is in the middle of the flat versus front of back. My internet wasn't reaching the back office where I need it most so Fazle came in a moved it. Did a great job w hiding the wires etc

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience with G Network. We’re moving house due to circumstances completely out of our control, and unfortunately G Network does not provide service in our new postcode. Despite this, they have insisted on charging early termination fees.

Customer service has been unhelpful and unsympathetic throughout. There was no attempt to find a fair resolution, just repeated references to contract terms. Extremely frustrating experience - I would not recommend based on how they handle situations like this.
