I am extremely dissatisfied with my Direct Debit charges

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with G-Networks.

They have illegally taken three separate direct debit charges from my bank account without authorisation.

Furthermore, despite a clear telephone agreement we had put in place, they still overcharged me last month.

While customer support has since confirmed to me that they were completely in the wrong, this level of financial mismanagement is entirely unacceptable.

Taking unauthorised funds from a customer's account is a serious breach of trust.

I am writing this review to warn others to keep a very close eye on their bank statements if they deal with this company.

I am still awaiting a full refund.

Jamie and Freddie, a great team

Jamie and Freddie just installed G.Network at my property. They arrived within the time period given and completed the installation promptly. They checked everything was working before leaving.

Luis and Andrew were very professional…

Luis and Andrew were very professional and lovely, they set up three flats and communal wiring in a single day! Very impressed and the resulting connection is a great step up at a good price. Would reccomend.
