Fazle and John have been invaluable in sorting out a major problem we were experiencing accessing our internet provided by G Network. The problem relates to the construction of a 200 year old building with very thick solid walls preventing signals communicating with each other. John in the main office arranged for Fazle to visit us and in a genius way got round the problem and provide us with internet and WiFi throughout our home. we give them full marks and are thankful for their expertise and care for customers.

Make the switch to g.network, the customer service is lovely!
Switched to g.network when a competitor gave me the runaround and kept me hanging (I live in a deadzone). g.network scheduled engineer Cesar to come out swiftly—he was friendly, punctual and patiently waited for my arrival when I was late to the scheduled appointment. Excellent and understanding customer service, solved my problems and got a speedy fibre connection up and running with nothing needed from me. Great work coordinating by the Customer Connections team as well. 5 stars start to finish. Highly recommend!

Had some initial teething problems but they were quickly sorted out, I even had an engineer visit the same day on one occasion. Very happy with install and service. Special mention to John in tech support, fantastic care, knowledge & attention to work.

Today WiFi was down, request call back , they called back within 15 mins, engineer was booked.
Engineer FAZLE attended within 1.5 hours (was nice he called In advance to make way) and happy to wait for me to come back to the house.
Identified the issue within 5 mins and got the WiFi working again. FAzle was very professional and experienced, made a huge different.
