The jewellery is absolutely stunning! It’s the perfect size so I can wear it everyday without looking costume-y. The quality is great and design beautiful. The only reason I gave 3 star and not 5 is- 1. It took forever to pack and ship (once it finally shipped it was delivered quickly) and 2. The communication via email, regarding questions from my side, were answered by kinda generic answer that didn’t felt personal at all.
Although i didn’t really enjoyed the waiting and communication problems, the jewellery it self is 10/10. Customers service 4/10

Never received the product or any update past the tracking number which was incorrect and didn’t work from the start. Emailed customer service twice and received no response.
I would totally understand a long shipping time if it was clearly communicated but I have waited almost a month with no update or response when asked about the tracking number.

I bought the Goldryn Sword Bookmark / Letter Opener. The delivery time was long, but that was clearly stated when I placed the order.

Unfortunately, the product quality is very poor and feels cheap. It also looks nothing like the product photos. I’m very disappointed, and I would be ashamed to sell products of such poor quality

Love the products so much and really good quality but took 2 months to ship and they were not good about communicated. Stayed in the nethlands for a really long time before reaching tbe states, and said out for delivery 2 weeks prior to arriving. Do live the products though and will buy again

I make an order for the Shadowhunter rune necklace and rune bracelet for my birthday. Everything was very well packed and it arrived within the planned delivery dates. The jewelry are very beautiful and I can’t wait to wear it ! Thank you !

I am very unsatisfied with my experience with Gadget4Entertainment and would not recommend them.

I ordered 4 items well in advance as Christmas presents, but the delivery took over 5 weeks. The order did not arrive until more than a week into January, completely missing the purpose of the purchase. During this time, I emailed the company more than five times asking for delivery updates and received no response at all.

When the order finally arrived, one item was missing. I only received 3 out of the 4 items I paid for. I contacted them again, and they said they would only refund the missing item. I explained that I did not want a refund and simply wanted the item I originally ordered. They refused and then began giving inconsistent and untrue explanations.

Between the extremely delayed delivery, lack of communication, missing item, and poor handling of the issue, this has been a very disappointing experience. I will not be ordering from them again and strongly advise others to be cautious.

The items I got were just as I was expecting, and made the book girl inside me overjoyed to hold a piece of that work within my own hands.

My order still did not arrive after almost 2 months and i barely get any updates.

I bought the calendar and was so amazed with the quality and the details on the charms! It was well priced and I really wished it had more charms because I couldn't stop squealing and jumping around my room every time I opened a box! The feeling was indescribable! As a hardcore fan of Sarah J Maas' books, this was by far the most precious thing I own!

Really pretty hard work. I like the minimalism. The necklace looks like at the photos they have on their websites. I am so happy for this necklace. Mayby its smaller than I think but I love it.

If you want jewellery relating to books look somewhere else, ordered 5 items beginning of November, customer service is shocking with no real communication to the seller at all. When the delivery was made it was made the 19th of December not only was it missing the items in question they just sent what they felt like and have seen similar experiences on the internet aswell these are not a trusted seller and will let you down
