Incredibly beautiful jewelry, quality through the roof, breathtaking packaging, impeccable customer service, fast delivery. Every year around Christmas I make a purchase here to treat myself and it is always a treat!

I've made several orders in this site, all of them went perfect.
Now my sister has bought 5 items from them, only 1 arrived, a bracelet and it came 2 of them. She tried to explain them that only one item came and it came doubled and she wanted the other 4 items missing and she would send them the other bracelet since she didn't paid for 2.
They didn't reply for weeks, and one day, Rudy (someone working there) answered saying he was going to send the correct order, passing 2 weeks nothing.... Never answering her emails.
Yesterday after almost a month, I started to send them several emails and DMs on insta, FB, TikTok, website,... they kept saying they would send the missing items and would talk with Rudy, the guy who answered my sister, to check with him. Today they said they were sending everything to my sister and they would not talk to me anymore being really rude, while my sister at that moment was sending them DMs and they were ignoring her.
Today they said they were going to send everything and after 1, 2hours out of nowhere, they replied to her saying they were going to refund the package in 2/3 days... She's wanting to see if she's having her money back. So frustrating... Now she doesn't have any Christmas presents to offer and she's without her money yet.. I have all the prints with the proofs.

Ordered over a month ago and have had multiple emails saying it is delayed. Every email i sent to them has been ignored for days at a time. Promised to dispatch my order numerous times and have not done so. Ordered as a Christmas gift back in November and it looks like it won't arrive in time. Terrible.

I absolutely love the attention to detail in the jewelry and the craftsmanship of it! And just the fact that this is one of the few jewelry stores that offer ring sizes small enough for me makes it all the more perfect!

I loved the experience with the store. I live in Portugal and it arrived on the expected date without any complications. The items are of high quality, with impeccable finishing.

They promised certain date for the order, it didn't came, and instead of contacting me to tell me there was a delay or it was stuck in transit, I had to contact them, and they ignored me for day. Then they lied telling me it would arrive on another date, it also didn't arrive, they took a long time to answer my emails once again. When I asked compensation they completely ignored me, didn't even refound the damned 9€ shipping they ripped me... Overall awful experience, I won't shop here again because their customer service if absolute garbage.

Bought the Stella ring and it broke within a week and a half. The spinning top came off and can't attach it back and it doesn't even look like it was secured properly in the first place.

My order was delayed and i went on vacation. The order went back to gadget4entertainment. I wrote them and they promised to send me the order when they got it back. This was in early August. Now dont answer my messages and I ended up paying for a product I still haven’t received.

Terrible customer service. Ordered over a month and a half ago and not even been dispatched. Customer service balantly ignoring any point of contact and refusing to give info. Looking into this it’s happened to a lot of others avoid at all costs. I’m now £100 out of pocket with no sign of product or refund.

I ordered 2 earrings for the price of 85€. Firstly it took them over a month to show up and when they finally showed up one earring's locket was faulty and it didn't close at all and both earrings' hoops were the wrong colour. The hoops were supposed to be gold colored but the earrings that arrived had silver coloured hoops. Also i haven't been answered yet by their customer service and I think I probably won't be answered because that's exactly how low my exceptions for this business are now after this fiasko.

Was quick delivery to the UK, and I absolutely love the necklace I purchased. It's so detailed and beautiful - very happy with it and cant wait to order more very soon.
