awful.....got the neo phone a few weeks…
awful.....got the neo phone a few weeks ago and dont have any internet through my data, can only get internet through wifi. phone is really slow. it doesnt stay charged for long at all and freezes or logs you out of apps in the middle of use all the time.

So sorry to hear you are having an issue with your item. I am afraid I am not sure which item you are currently having an issue with as we don't seem to stock a device called a neo. Perhaps its under a different name. Have you tried to contact us directly in order to assist.
In the meantime I may be able to assist as all smartphones work the same regardless of brand. With a new device if internet does not work its usually either data roaming is turned off or the network has not sent the APN settings to the device in order for mobile data to work. This is a quick setting change that can manually be entered into the phone. We can assist over the phone or instore or you can also pop into your mobile provider and they can also check and assist.
I would also suggest if apps are closing to check two things, 1 check your phone is on the latest software and 2 pop into the google play store and update all apps. its quite common that software updates that are not complete may cause issues like this.
