Products faulty
Delivery was good, but the products had no quality control . Only 1 out of the 5 was what was advertised. The rest have missing parts or are faulty.

Hi Nick, sorry to hear you feel quality isn't to scratch. Something we take quite seriously and wish to know more. We did receive an email earlier which said : purchased 5 products and only 1 was what was expected.
We emailed back asking could you please provide us info as its very unusual for our customers to have issues with all there order. I can see you purchases a pocket scales, 2 whistle key finders, an ice cream maker and a mini projector.
1 star reviews on public forms can break a small business. We have emailed and more than happy to resolve any issues but we do need to know what the issues encountered are. We don't have any past issues logged for any of these items at present so hoping you an assist.

Impressive service
Ordered a gift yesterday at lunchtime and it was delivered this morning before 9am. The item was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The outside box was slightly dinged by the delivery man but the contents inside were immaculate. Tracking was provided throughout, and the delivery charge was very reasonable. Will definitely be back to look for more stuff in the run up to Christmas.
