Don't use this merchant on Amazon or order direct from the website
I placed an order on Amazon for a DJI Mavic Air drone. This was advertised as "in stock" on Amazon by the seller (Gadgetmann.com) and that it would be deliveredt from within the UK. I was then contacted by the seller asking me to cancel the order and order direct from their own website - to save some delivery charge.
I did this, despite my better judgement as this sounded a bit "fishy" to me.
I then discovered that the product was not in stock and he had to order it from China! Needless to say it took ages to arrive but when it did, I soon discovered that it was not a UK product ( instruction manual was in Chinese!) and in fact wasnt evenent the product I had ordered.
At this point I returned the product to the seller and asked for a full refund. I managed to get one eventually - but only because I had paid through PayPal and they refunded the full amount.
Communicating with the seller was very difficult throughout this process and he eventually refused to reply to my emails or messages.
I was out of pocket for the cost of return postage and even had FedEx chasing me for the import duty!!
I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this seller.
