Great service and very reliable.
Fast ordering with clear product descriptions and fast delivery. Invoice by e-mail. They have a large range of tech products. This time I ordered a replacement Li-Ion battery for a Dyson vacuum cleaner and it arrived within a few days. I have used Galaxus many times and all products were delivered well packaged. Prices are competitive, sometimes higher, sometimes lower than others but their service is excellent. There is a local Galaxus Digitec store in my area so I can look at products, collect and return as needed so that's a bonus.
I have never been disappointed by Galalaxus services to date.

Price too high
I was completey surprised when I received the 2 shea butter from the body shop and realised that it was only 50ml. I am sure it was my mistake as i wanted the bigger one, but i think your price is way to high!
