Some pros with a couple big cons

+ Can get things easily within a rapid time
+ Overall the design is clean

- Prices are higher than on Amazon for the same thing
- Sometimes the search function is difficult because of the different languages

BIGGEST CON:
Trying to resell things (especially bulky items) on Galaxus is a massive PAIN. If you’re on vacation you need to contact the buyer yourself. Sick? Too bad. You have 10 days to send it. No help with packaging or picking up or anything. It’s a massive pain. And you have to dig for the right information. I won’t be using that fake “eco” second-hand service again.

I have received wrong one of my…

I have received wrong one of my products. One of them is missing, I have received a box empty, without the mask.
I wrote an email asking for a solution and I am still waiting.

I would like to take and answer with a solution.

Galaxus online shopping is a nice experience.

Galaxus has a range of items, and it's easy to navigate the website. I found exactly what I was looking for, and at the right price. Placing the order was easy. The product was delivered soon after placing the order. The package was intact and the product in perfect order. Thank you Galaxus.
