In this case, we reviewed the return options with the seller and looked for a practical solution, as the mattress could only be returned if suitably packaged. Since no separate packaging could be provided, we also clarified the option of a pickup service with packaging, and as an alternative, a partial refund was offered and accepted. We regret that, despite these efforts, the outcome and communication did not meet your expectations.

Anime figure order
i ordered a hatsune miku figure and it was perfect, i payed only around 30 which is honestly a cheap price especially cause i thought the figure i picked would be way more expensive and anime figures are normally not really that cheap especially the detailed ones.
It also isnt a bootleg so i highly recommend.

100% reliable online shop
100% reliable online shop. I've been shopping on Galaxus for years now and all purchase & sale transactions were successful. In case of any issues encountered (which happens rarely) client support team is extremely helpful and solves problems quickly.

Galaxus quality has declined significantly in the past few years.
Sent my barely 6 month old laptop in for repair and received it back 5 weeks later scratched and chipped, with no communication from support despite multiple attempts to get updates.
I also recently received a large kitchen knife shipped loose inside an oversized box. When the package was lifted, the blade fell out from the side, creating a serious safety risk for anyone handling it.
The packaging and customer service quality at Galaxus has declined significantly in the past few years.
