I bought a graphics card because I found the best price for this type on a price comparison site. The purchase process was very simple, everything went smoothly. After registering, I received a discount coupon (5 EUR) what I could use on my first purchase, which was great. I liked that the company also participates in the Payback program, I gained a lot of points from the purchase. The ordered product arrived in 3 days, overall I am very satisfied.

Very bad customer service and return handling by Galaxus.

I bought a vacuum cleaner and returned it within their 30-day return period. After normal use, a smell developed, so I cleaned the device properly and sent it back. Instead of processing my refund, Galaxus sent the same vacuum cleaner back to me and later completely refused my refund.

Their excuse was that the parcel arrived a few days later at their warehouse due to shipping time, which is clearly outside of my control. They also used the smell as a reason to reject the return, even though it came from normal household use.

Now I am stuck with a product I clearly returned and no refund. This caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and a lot of frustration. I expected much better from a large online retailer.

I will definitely think twice before ordering from Galaxus again.
