Every website I looked for flights for spring break, their prices were either more or waaay more expensive than other websites. Even though my flight is not a straight flight and instead it had one stop, the layover is not that long and is actually worth the one stop since I’m traveling with 5. Austin, was very helpful and also made it possible to find the same deal and same ticket for my wife because she will fly 2 days after me but was able to find her also the same return flight.

I will definitely book my next trip through them.

Ian and his team are great. They get you awesome flights at a great discounted rate. We will definitely be booking all of our flights through them.

I had never used this company to purchase plane tickets before so was a little hesitant but the tickets were legit, had no problems with anything at the airport. The only issue was after my initial purchase I was contacted by a representative saying the flight I purchased was full so they had to change to another flight which cost an additional $200 from what I had originally agreed to pay. I was given the opportunity to cancel my booking though and the agent was friendly and patient with all my questions.

If I could give it 0 stars I would, it's a scam. don't take chances I contacted them because I made my purchase online I called them and they said they can do it because there is no longer availability then they give me an alternative option as they say but more expensive I accept it and I buy it often they call me and say they don't regret it They couldn't handle that one either, but they didn't charge me anything because there wasn't any availability either. I see my account statement and they charged me 270. I write to them and tell them that I need my money back since I didn't buy anything the next day at night, they tell me that there is tickets that have already been reserved and that there is no refund because I accept!!! It's silly that they tell me one thing and then another and I already look elsewhere for my flights since they told me no! and then that there is no refund of money because I accept only $70 of everything or the tickets they say that they do not return anything. IS A GOTCHA!!!!! people do not go to this galaxyscapes the worst. keep all the information do not let them keep your money

Hi as into my last minute chase for flight from Houston to Munich and i was quite worried regarding prices. I looked few online website but price was not that what i was looking for. Then i came to know about Galaxyescapes.com and Booked my flight, In beginning My Booking got decline and soo after i received call from person called Jerry. he heard me well and discussed with me about my Budget and my Travel plans He gave me a wonderful price that made my day, he even quoted me $100 cheaper price what i was actually trying to book online. He helped me well until all things were arranged, and I received E -Ticket within few Hours from Booking. I would Highly recommend this company. Yes i believe in beginning things were not that smooth but at end i am Happy customer.

Very very bad experience with i and my family. We bought tickets on February to fly on December 2021 for Christmas vacation in Nigeria but the deltas airline couldn’t see my family tickets and no money refunded to me. I was stranded in Chicago for 4 days because I came from Wisconsin to catch flights with my five children. The agency started busy my calls and was not answering my calls. Someone has to pay my hotel bills, my son fell sick in the process. Very bad experience. The company seems like scammers

Following up on a previous review. In my opinion the "great" reviews are not real reviews. It was well worth my time and labor to dispute the facts that they acted deceitfully with intention. I asked to resolve my claim with the company directly. They refused. If you decide to give them a try, document everything as I did.

You don't get what is promised, it is a scam! They said that they tried to call but I have no record in my call log. They said cooler get tickets now for 8 times the price that was originally promised.

Booked a round trip flight for $250. Got a phone call shortly after from Galaxy saying that the airline rejected the price and the minimum fare would be $338. Scam.
