Started off a bit rocky. Had some trust issues since I never used this company before. Waited on tickets that ultimately never showed up and the airline never got back to galaxy escapes. But everything worked out once Austin stepped in to help me. Got my flights for me and my two friends at an amazing price, on the dates we needed, from the airport we wanted, and at the times we needed. Just got the e-tickets in my email from American Airlines and I am ecstatic to say the least. Austin went above and beyond by even calling me on a Sunday afternoon after I had already cancelled my previous transaction with them that never went through. He kept an eye out for flight deals and contacted me as soon as he found a deal that fit my requests. Austin is the best! I will definitely be calling him in the future to book my flights for November and December. Thank you so so much. You saved us!

Nick was very professional and very helpful. After purchasing my tickets Nick called and confirmed that i would be getting my e- ticket via email with 24 hours. 1st time using this travel agency only issue is that they charge me a service fee on top of my airline tickets. I could’ve found these same tickets on the website that i usually use for less and get my itinerary and e tickets within seconds of making payment, but i wanted to experience another website. Good thing is that you get to chat online and you can also speak with representative and finalize your your tickets.

Great prices for the flights but then they charged me $200 for using galaxy escapes to book my flight.

I was kinda Nervous but still went and book with them and I can honestly say I pick the right people to book a flight with thanks too you guys me and my wife going to Cancun for my birthday book with them they’ll get you the cheapest flight they can get.
