I had some hesitation about using Galaxyescapes in the beginning. I was searching for tickets to Hawaii and found very reasonable fares on their web site. Unfortunately this fare was no longer available. I was afraid it was a bait and switch scam. But Marcus was extremely helpful in finding me a similar direct flight on a major airline which was slightly more expensive then the original. I told him I wanted to search around for a few more days. He was not pushy at all. After searching over a dozen other travel sites I could not find a cheaper airfare. I contacted Marcus later, and received my airline locator and e-tickets within 24 hours of my purchase. Galaxyescapes ended up saving me over $500. I will definitely use them for future travel plans.

Daniel is an outstanding agent.
He gets the job done and is always able to find the best rate. We need more agents like him.

If I could give no stars then I would have. The customer service is horrible when my flight was delayed and cancelled three times. I was told to call the airlines direct, then to be put on hold for 2 hours and they said they couldn’t do anything because it has to be done through the third party-galaxy escapes. A complete run around!!!

This is nothing but a scam. they had me going for an entire day only to call back the next day to say the flights are not available and I need to pay more. Simmi Thomas is a horrible person to deal with it is one lie after the other . Once they have your card information your calls will go unanswered.
STAY FAR AWAY .best way to buy is go directly on the airlines website. lesson learned here.

Jessica helped me find the best-priced tickets to travel internationally during the holidays, ensuring my connections and baggage all lined up with both my international and domestic flights for my trip. Good , wonderful and super reliable service

They have good prices, and Daniel help me get my deal as much as he could

Very polite and gave good advice on the wrong flight and charges more fees than actually flight. Than begged for a good review. When I requested his assistance to change his mistake he refused. I will never use this trifling company.

It’s a scam company they end up charging you more let’s say a ticket shows up 560 that ask you to pay 1113 also they don’t want to give you your money back awful company!

I had an excellent experience with Galaxyescapes. Initially there was a small glitch with the tickets but it was quickly corrected by Betty. I recommend using this company.

Is true that the prices that appear online are not the final prices , but don’t get upset! They can find a good price.
