My travel plans changed & Galaxy Escape refused to refund me cost of tickets. Said they’d refund me only$150.00…. I lost $$$ !!!

Daniel was who helped me book my 4 tickets. He was very attentive, helpful and patient. I emailed him and within the hour he resolved my query. I usually purchase through the airline so I was apprehensive about booking it through an agency, but my experience was great. Had to wait a bit more than 48 hours for the e-tickets but it didn't really affect me in any way.

I will recommend marcus to all my frineds it was very easy working with him . Thank you

I was a little skeptical when I saw the fares, since there are so many scams going on these days. I spoke with Austin and he was very good and assured me that there will be no problems with my ticket. Austin was very good as a salesperson, answered my questions very well. I will try this company again after I return from my trip and recommend them.

Customer service was okay, but they already had a price set when we booked it and it change to a couple hundred dollars more then what it supposed to be. Thank you for sitting us all together. It made our flight way easier.

I was searching for tickets from Cincinnati to Buenos Aires and was running into flights with long layovers and many stops. The agent, Austin, was able to find me a great flight with only one stop that was still reasonably priced. Very helpful service made it very easy for me to receive my tickets. Thank you!

I made reservation on line. I didn't get any confirmation until the next day. Price and time changed. I had to pay more, but still was cheaper than got from the airline. I called them and asked for the changes. They assisted me correctly and explained why the changes. I still got the tickets because they were cheaper than another agencies.

The process can feel a bit daunting, as you are left waiting for 24-48 hours to confirm your booking. In my case, it took a week and 3 tries to book the tickets I wanted. Mind you, it is for a school holiday break, so prices are normally higher and there is a higher demand. When all was said and done, I was very happy I went through Galaxyescapes. Daniel worked very hard to secure the flight I wanted and the final flight I got was better than any others I could have found. In the end, I paid a little more for a better flight. I was booking 8 tickets, so I think it’s a bit harder for the agents to secure so many seats on an airline. When comparing the price I paid for the flight from the airlines prices, I saved over $700/per ticket.

The bottom line:

If you can handle a little suspense, this is an excellent route to go. Daniel was always friendly and accommodating as I believe every agent working at Galaxyescapes would be for you.
