I was so pleased with myservice and everyone I spoke with was so pleasent.

Too many false alarms. 3 in the last week always between 2-3am. The pendant easily falls off because of the poor magnetic clasp. The wrist band has too many false alarms in the early morning, 2am, when the wearer rolls over or moves in bed.

We have not had to call for help yet however there have been a couple accidental pushings of the button and the live person has been fast to answer.
Certainly seems safer for me to go out and know they will respond if my husband had an issue.

The alarm goes off constantly: when I’m sleeping, when I’m brushing my teeth, when I stand up -it’s far too sensitive to be of any use! The alarm going off when I’ve hardly even moved is so annoying I just stopped wearing it.

You need to make a device with longer battery life!!

Available and customer oriented responsivity to any hiccups in the equipment. Easy communication about any payment details.

Good Rates & good Customer service have not had to use it yet.

If wearing a pendant it must always be worn inside a blouse or sweater because on several occasions when leaning forward my pendnt bumped against the sink or such and set off the alarm. In one case my son was alerted and made an avoidable trip to me.

The service is not for myself but rather I obtained it for my sister. She taught school all her life and is now retired, a widow that still lives at home. Her 90th birthday was in Aug. She has No Internet, No Cell Phone, No Credit Card. Every interaction with Galaxy has been the very best. I would recommend them to anyone needing this service. They are exactly what all companies should be like. Thankyou.

I placed my order online and was expecting a shipping notification. My status showed "order processing" up until the time the package showed up without notice on my Mom's front porch three days later. This resulted in some anxiety for my Mom, and an unplanned three-hour trip to her home on my part.

The enclosed instructions were clear and easy to follow. It would be helpful to know beforehand that the device requires six hours of charging before use.

Our phone calls to the office and call centre during the set-up process were answered by helpful, polite people. I suggest you decrease the number of phone menu options, considering you are dealing with a population with physical and cognitive challenges.

Overall, this was an easy set-up and I have already recommended the Galaxy device to two other friends for their parents.
