It all came as advertised. There was some confusion over getting an activation code for the app. Chris sorted that out on a phone call.

great - everything seems to be going great - just need a not so heavy necklace - my mother says it hurts her neck to wear it. or maybe a different kind of material for around the neck?

The first device I received was not functioning well and a replacement was sent within a week.

I purchased a comprehensive system from Galaxy. That means the pendant ( seems to be a merger of gps and cell tech), a real estate lock box ( in it is the key to my home. Galaxy has the four digit code to open it and pass it to the emergency responder at my door.) an emergency info holder that is now on my fridge door plus access to a safe at home program. Only downside if you can call it that is that the pendant is a bit sensitive. A gentle toss on my duvet will activate it. Cancelling it is easy. I really like this thing and the confidence it brings.

I have been wearing the Galaxy Medical Alert device for several months. I have mobility and balance issues and this alert system gives me great confidence that no matter what I am doing if something goes wrong I have a dependable back up.

Galaxy medical alert was there when my mom fell and could not get up. My family was notified and EMS was dispersed. My mom felt confident being alone knowing help was a press away.

Keep up the great work guys. Recent incident where my Mom pushed the emergency button without even knowing. I got a call that I didn't know answer then you guys called again and this time I answered and find out that Mom had a supposedly medical emergency and you guys already dispatched EMS. I called Mom and found out she was ok and she did not realized she had pushed the emergency button without even knowing she did. Then you guys called me again and I say my Mom was ok, it had been a mistake on her part, then you guys demanded you needed to actually needed to talk to my Mom and find out by yourselves that my Mom was actually ok. to say the least, I was very impressed with how you guys handled the whole incident. GREAT WORK!!

So far everything is good. No complaints here 👍
