Starting up was a bit bumpy and still is since your email links that have been sent do not work. I get mail system delivery failure. example: Your email with the "Any Questions, Comments or Concerns About Your Galaxy Medical Alert System? Plus, Get 1 Month Free!" and then customercare@galaxymedicalalert dot - com goes no where ...ALSO another minor problem, the device’s GPS refuses to acknowledge his location when at home. Instead of 223 Ogden St. Where he resides 95% of the time the location says he is at the neighbors house at 291 Dease Ave. Not happy with the accuracy as if he falls at home we don’t want anyone dispatched to the residence next door that is currently unoccupied. Is there any way to fix this ?

I have had Galaxy service for one year now, and I have used their emergency service once, with excellent results, and their service is very reasonable.

Wanted to take a few minutes to give an update after 5 months we are still glad we selected the Galaxy Medical Alert System. They have delivered on everything they said and provided great support in the few times that we have reached out. It worked seamlessly while traveling. We didn't originally think we needed the GPS tracking feature but sadly did need to turn it on. The one small piece of independence my mom has left is that she can go for a walk any time she likes for as far as she likes. The GPS features while rarely required greatly reduces our anxiety when we show up at her house and she is not there.

The staff were so nice to talk to and very helpful. They listened and answered questions and i never had to wait for anything. If they said they would call back they did and had the information for me.

After I got my second watch all is great !
The first watch was tooo sensitive and went off
to often.
All is well so far.

the one think that Mum doesnt like is that the unit is so very sensitive.

If you call them, they call you back immediately (even after business hours) and you always speak to a knowledgeable individual. The product was reliable and easy to use. When our needs changed and we no longer required the watch, the return process was seamless and hassle free.

Excellent device and services. Call center people are very patient, my 94 years old dad did couple of tests, they never said any thing negative. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Never underestimate the sensitivity of the GPS and Fall Detection watch. This device is incredibly powerful and the response time of the call centre is excellent.

The enrolment, delivery and service is Five Stars.
