Great service/ received my order and my 13 year old son is really happy with his new pc highly recommend this company will use them again soon to get another one for my other son.

Bought a 'gaming pc' from them off their recommendation that would support my sons gaming needs.
Off the bat it didnt run the games he wanted and the wifi dongle that was supplied broke. So had to buy my own.
The screen supplied is one you would of used in an office 10 years ago!

After 6 months the whole thing gave up completely as the graphics card was roughly 12 years old and couldn't handle the requirements. It wasn't even suitable to upgrade to windows 11.
The response, nowt! They offered to look at it and upgrade it at a discounted rate if I took it back to them. Absoute cowboys.
They are basically buying cheap second hand PCs, throwing some LEDs over a box and calling it a gaming PC.

Save your money and avoid these cons. The upgrades for this to support games (gta, forza 6, CoD etc) that my son plays has cost me more than what I paid for this rubbish!

Cheap rubbish with little communication, oh and if you think you cam ring them, think again. No-one ever picks up. Probably scared someone will shout at them and they will cause them to be offended!

If you value your money and are looking for customer service avoid this company at all costs! Bought a gaming pc bundle end of November as a Christmas present and had nothing but bother from day one. Getting delivery of my pc was a nightmare kept being told it had been sent by courier and it would arrive on about 3/4 different days after arranging someone to be in. This happened for almost 2 weeks then when I asked for it to be dropped off to someone in Livingston I finally got it. All was fine with the pc until about 3 weeks ago when it shut down all of a sudden and would not turn on again no matter what we tried. Contacted the company about the issue and never got a reply even though it states 48hr response. After several different email addresses and chats I finally got told I would need to wait another 48hrs for a technician to decide if I had a valid warranty claim. Yet again I waited almost a week to get a reply after chasing it up daily and this was only after I told them I had contacted citizens advice. They claimed they never got my email, to it then being found in a junk folder and tried to arrange collection of the tower. However after 3 weeks with no pc I had no choice to get it fixed at my own expense and voiding my warranty. They had no interest in what was actually wrong with it or what happened. They now claim to they will send me a compensation package as they do no like to have unhappy customers! Although again this is something I am still waiting to hear from them about. Their customer service and aftercare is non existent in my view, once they have your money they couldn’t care less

Great service really happy with the budget gaming pc I got from you guys . Everything works as it should . Highly recommend.

Avoid at all costs they send out a faulty pc with horrible graphics and when you contact them they block you horrible customer support avoid!!!

I order pc game set for my 10 years old son and I received all items 6.01.24 the same day I rapport a issue
The monitor not working so i send a text about this so someone form that company send my text back I need a chance hdmi cable but I bought new cable and nothing ps and monitor don’t working
So I contact with gamefury and it was the same answer o need a new cable hdmi
I send videos and I explain what happened but nobody contact with my anymore
I asked about refund so I have just one choice just send pc to repair
I bought pc I think everything should be working fine
From first day I had a problem now company Gamefury don’t want give my money back
So I have pc will issue and no money

I’m very disappointed and angry

Game Fury exceeded expectations, they were polite and patient and were able to fully assist and achieve my order in a professional manner. I was assisted in choosing the specification whilst staying inside my budget, the communication was absolutely great where if I had any questions or issues, clear instructions and help was almost instantaneous.

The personal delivery was a nice touch, very kind and well mannered gentleman was able to ensure that the transaction and delivery went smoothly.

Once unboxed, assistance was presence whilst setting up via messages. Troubleshot one minor problem which was on my side and inspected the PC.

The PC was in immaculate condition and looked much better than I had imagined.

I would highly recommend GameFury, I will be back in the future and will bring friends and family to this company.

I had no idea what I was looking for since I am totally new to the gaming PC world. It was an absolute minefield until I found GameFury! I told Michael exactly what I needed from the PC and what I was wanting it to do and he built me a bundle to suit my needs. I have had the PC a few weeks now after the quick delivery. The PC looks awesome and does everything I need it to do with ease. Genuinely cannot recommend this company enough. Due to my shifts I would message at some unholy hours but Michael was straight back with a customer service level that was second to none. If you want good value and amazing support shop here and nowhere else.
