Great help when I asked questions and fast too

Very simple server set-up. The support team is very detailed and helpful! Just 10/10 service!

The servers were fast and stable, and I paid 5 USD. The customer support was friendly, convenient, and genuine. The webpage interface, while initially somewhat confusing, allowed me to customise the server however I wanted. The disc space I was allotted was more than I’d ever need.

I host servers for Valheim, Vintage Story, Ark, Enshrouded, and Soulmask in various forms several times a year. I have tried many hosts (Gportal, Hosthavoc, Dathost, more) and I would recommend GameHostBros above them all. It's not that I had a tremendously negative experience elsewhere, either - in general they have all been pretty good. What sets Game Host Bros above the rest at the time of writing this are three things:
1.) Value of base packages: In my experience, the specs (cpu threads, ram specifically) are extremely generous for the initial purchase price. Additionally, and this holds true for the second reason, this host is clear about what you're getting.
2.) Upgrade Availability: Sometimes, the scope of a server gets away from me. Some runs start with just a few people and mods but balloon into 20+ folks. Having clear, enumerated access to upgrading the server's CPU, Ram, and Storage is unique in the field. Dathost (which is a perfectly fine host) only had one single upgrade that I could pay, and it was a mysterious $5 for "higher cpu priority".
3.) Quick response to inquiries: I've submitted two ticket requests and both have been entirely resolved within an hour.
This interfaces a small amount with my one suggestion to the company: One of my tickets was to add the ability to enter a code for a hidden Steam beta (public_test), and the field had to be added by support. I think the host panel in general could use smoother/more user friendly config access.

I've already recommended Game Host Bros to others and will do so again.

I've hosted three Minecraft servers with you now. It has been incredibly easy to do so - literally plug and play!

I was able to get into the game right away. I can modify any setting at any time, including backing up, restarting, and stopping the server. While I initially purchased the service to play with a small group, only one other person has joined so far, but I'm still enjoying it. I researched prices and trustworthy sites on Google and Reddit before making my decision. It's only been a week, but I don't anticipate any issues.

10/10 on everything. I play palworld with about 50 over people on 4 servers. Host Bros run 2 of them atm and I find this provider so much better then any other I use. I will bring all other once the annual fee runs out.

I'll be giving my full honest review about the server hosting and MY experience with it.

For context, I am a bit knowledgeable with setting up mods for a local play for Project Zomboid, and doing a bit of updating, but I never tried to host a dedicated server on my own. Well, I did try and do it on my own PC, but with all of the port forwarding it was a nightmare and I just wanted to hop on the game and play with friends. This is where Game Host Bros came in, it was recommended by a friend, and we tried it, well it was a bit of a head scratcher at first since that's just how Project Zomboid works, you really got to set up everything, from maps to mods, to sandbox values, to the parameters of within the INI File. Well it seems that I am saying negative things, but keep in mind that those negative things are not directed to Game Host Bros. All of my pain points in setting up the server locally was alleviated by Game Host Bros! They are truly helpful, you can just send them a message on Discord or even Reddit and they would do their best to help you in setting up your server (Even if there are already guides that they setup, they still help you and not just give you the guide and leave you on your own.) Their services are cheaper than other competitors in the market, while also providing better server performance at the same price point compared to those other competitors.

So with that I would fully recommend Game Host Bros for your server needs. I might even try and get another server for my other games if my friends decide for it.

TL;DR - Game Host Bros is an excellent server hosting website. It might be confusing at first, but all of their staff are helpful and would definitely help you in building your server. They also provide one of, if not, the best price to performance ratio compared to their other competitors.

I had a great experience hosting my Palworld server. The setup was straightforward, performance has been excellent, and whenever I encountered an issue the support team responded immediately via chat and resolved it within a few days. Overall, very reliable service that I highly recommend!

Game Host Bros have a really straightforward to use service and really good support.

When I've had server instability issues, they promptly migrated to a better server and got me back up and running very fast.

Another time when my account got compromised and fraudulent rentals were made, they quickly refunded me and helped me regain access to my account in a matter of hours.

I was having major issues with another provider. The representative I spoke to was fast and helpful. It was a night and day difference and the customer service response sold me on its own. In addition they had my server migrated in under 10 minutes after purchasing and the performance to price just seems to be unrivaled.

So on first glance this looks like an Ok host but I had one issue you don't actually get told the specs of the server you are getting before purchasing they use in my eyes a misleading adverting strategy as they list they have multiple different specs listed on their website(no ram specs or storage specs)...So I Reached out to their discord (The link doesn't work on their website so I had to find it manually) long story short I asked how I was ment to see the specs of the server and they basically avoided my question and said its a "random pool" and "most game server hosts don't disclose that info which is completely false as most hosting providers disclose it to show trust and transparency to the customer. Also if you buying a product you would like to know what you're getting.... I kept on querying them asking them simple questions, nothing just trying to avoid the question.Ps I wasn't rude or did anything against their rules etc and then got banned simply for asking what server specs I would be getting. Lastly, in their TOS No clear business address or legal entity name provide this is a massive red flag.Game Host Bros reserves the right to update, modify, or otherwise amend these Terms at any time, with or without notice." this is another red flag This gives them the ability to change the TOS after you’ve already signed up.

Overall, I would advise to avoid this server host as their lack of transparency and the fact they ban people for asking questions is just mad.If they treat customers this way before you’ve even bought a server, imagine how they’ll handle support if you run into downtime, lag, or billing issues.
They already have TOS clauses giving them power to suspend “at their discretion.”
If they banned me this quickly for asking simple questions, they might do the same if you complain after buying. so AVOID

One of best server providers, with top rated support who knows what they're doing and what needs to be done. Especially with how bad Palworld is with their save failures! Very attentive and quick!

Great price for a BeamMP server, first time for me but the guides were thorough and clear and I got my server up and running with mods and all with genuinely little hassle and certainly much less headache than I anticipated. It's also run flawlessly, I'm pleased and will keep it going a while!

Support tickets were answered rapidly and helpfully, staff were professional and friendly. Never had any issues with the server itself and prices are very reasonable!
