I have two servers with this host & they have gone above & beyond.
I recently had to practically be handheld through the process of managing specific settings on my Palworld server, & they took as much time as was needed to explain it in detail & show me what exactly what was done to get the configurations I desired.
I've tried other hosts before coming here to Game Host Bros & will be sticking with these guys.

This is the best hosting service I've ever used. I wasn't sure how to move my son's saved Palworld game from his local computer to a dedicated server without losing his progress. So I reached out to their service chat and Michael helped me with the process. Using their support articles I was able to upload my son's game, restore his character and even fix the map that broke using their recommended tool.

Looking forward to playing Palworld with my sons on our new server!

There support is really above and beyond. No mather the question, you always get great explanations and solutions. The are really your partner in gamingservers, and our minecraft-server grew overnight to 60 people, and they helped out, and supported with all that came with it.. special thanks to Michael

Everyone has been so helpful, the servers run really smoothly and we rarely have any issues, and they're always fixed quickly when something does come up.

In 10 years of Minecraft hosting, this is by far the cheapest I've had.
And you'd think, cheap means quality lacks right? WRONG. Doing research you can see the specs of the servers they use are the same. With additions in the checkout panel, a STRONG server running 20gbRAM - extra cores - extra memory, is +-$25 from this provider, whereas other providers would happily charge $60+. Support so far has been top tier, if your ticket takes time they offer live chats and a discord with some pretty helpful members and staff.

10/10 for Minecraft, as I expand my network I will stay with them, and any game servers that may come in the future.

as I've never hosted a server before, host bros was an excellent experience. it was easy to use, and quick to learn. though I never delved deeper into setting it up as I never felt like I had to. however I did make the mistake of not checking where the servers were based out of. on that note though being in Canada the connection to the server was quite excellent and only experienced minor lag spikes when more people joined. I would also like to add that due to my inexperience with hosting a server I was lazy with getting copies of my world and ended up losing it all due to the cancelation of the server, but contacting customer servers they were able to help me out by sending a copy of the back ups, which I can't stress enough how appreciative I am for their assistance!

The support is always prompt to respond if I have any issues and the interface is extremely easy to use for beginners (like myself). I havent had any issues with lap of services files being corrupted. Honestly they have been the best hosting service I've used so far =D

The Owner and staff were extremely helpful when i needed to transfer my steam co-op world to their servers, even offered to do it for me when i seemed too confused. I recommend them 100%

Toehunter is my boy, i started skeptical renting out a V rising server a month ago. i had issues and contacted their discord support in the server and within minutes had been answers and issue resolved.

I had made a ticket 2 weeks later requesting to swap my server to ark survival evolved and had an issue with server settings and rates. Toehunter VALIENTLY took over an hour of his time and helped me resolve my issue. this company is amazing and i'd give nothing less than a 5 star review for my boy and his team.

I didn’t like the return policy. My plan auto renewed and I asked within the hour, but they didn’t give me a refund to my cc. They said only credit on the platform. 10$ went to the drain, as I didn’t even use the service again.

Stable and easy to setup server, easy to use UI and very complete. Very good support with friendly, patient and professional technicians.

Moved my server over from somewhere else and they have been nothing, but fast, efficient and helpful in the process.

Switched to gamehost after my current server was laggy, immediately it was such a noticeable improvement.

Michael on the support chat was very knowledgeable and assisted me, doing transfer for me, making the transition completely effortless. 10/10 would recommend.

As someone brand new to PC gaming i was very intimidated on renting a server. My experience with Michael was fantastic as he walked me though any questions I had. The settings config menu is also very user friendly. I will be using GHB from now on for all of my server needs.

Support on discord is great, helped me setup and manage any issues i had in a timely manner. would reccomend for anyone wanting to buy a palworld server from them

I was having a variety of issues with my previous game host. I did very careful reading of reviews and Game Host Bros had a solid reputation so I made the switch. I am extremely glad I that I did. So far their support has been top notch, and the performance I'm getting on their server is much better than my previous server (despite having upgraded my plan numerous times at the previous server). Highly recommended.

great server performance at a great price. i had difficulty seting up my ETS2 server at first (no fualt of Game Host Bros) as im not that tech savvy. Contacted Game Host Bros on discord got me up and running no problem

Customer service is top notch! They even have a discord server so you can get in contact with them if needed.
