Chimera Squad Key issue. Edit: solved
Like some other ppl here i picked up a Xcom Chimera Squad preored key from this site, but as today (26 april) still no key for me. Just sad.
Edit: mailed again the support, they told me having some issue, and ask if i want a refund or the key. I choose the key and they mailed me the code after few minutes. Happens.
Pre-order of XCOM
Ordered pre-order key of X-com Chimera Squad game. The confirmation email that was supposed to come with the key inside came broken, that you cannot even click on anything in the email itself. From what I've read it's not a one-time thing that this is happening. Customer support doesn't even bother replying and they call themselves "official distributors". One big joke this site, not official distributors. They cannot even send the proper confirmation email.
Edit. they refunded me the purchase, even though I wanted another key. Of course, the excuse was, that I was replying 1 day later and they made the refund without my approval. After that, the game went up in price.

Broken Links, no reply from them and the are registered as an official provider, I will never buy from them. The order confirmation message is perfect, the key delivery mail is broken, like their own logo is not showing, I do not know who had a good experience with them, but to me they look like scammers !!! Stay away.
realy BAD Company
I bought a steam key but i didn't receive it. After waiting an hour i contacted the support but it didn't reply to my email .(after that day) I send another email and now i'm still waiting for their answear and the steam key.

So i visit the website and sees a fair deal i wish to pickup so i click the paypal button to purshase and the purshase was done the money was out of my account. after 1 hour i see no email regarding code so i enter the website and after many many hours of trying to login i find my order on "wait" proof: imgur.com/ a/uBkP12b
it's been 12 hours after sending support ticket and yet no answer.

Update: Seems like they do not respond and i just wasted 50$ stay away from thisS** place..

NO KEY
Same problem. I bought the key for the game and key never arrived. When I contacted support they said they will contact IT support(they answer this to everyone). I have waited all day and they still didnt answer me. I asked them for refund and now waiting for their answer.

Takes effing forever to get the key, ABSOULETLY no mail that I even made a purchase. No response from support (email or facebook fanpage).

EDIT: They told me I would get my money back because their system didint process my order correctly. 7 Days later and I still didin't get my money back.
EDIT 2: after mailing them I finally got my money back. But still, i Wouldnt bother with them.
Beyond ridiculous customer service, stay away
So basically what happened is, i accidentally bought GTA 5 online+shark card, mistakenly thinking it was a steam key but turned out to be rockstar social. Fair enough, we all make mistakes, so I immediately contacted Gamesrepublic support to ask for a refund (I havent used the key obviously since i have no practical use for a RS copy).
Support got back to me quick and told me I had 14 days to ask for a refund, being a EU citizen, so i said great, lets do it then.
I waited 2-3 weeks and no answer, opened a Paypal dispute. Suddenly after a few days they told me that apparently my money should be on its way to my paypal account soo, so I canceled my dispute, hoping that this whole nonsense will finally end on a good note.
Well, sadly thats not what happened. Another week has almost passed and there was no money that arrived anywhere, meaning or else something glitched on their end or the support guy was essentially outright lying to me. After many emails, including me threatening them to take it up with my bank if they arent willing to help me, I essentially had to get them involved to claim back the funds that Gamesrepublic "amazing support" couldnt help me with after almost a month and a half of radio silence and back-and-forth nonsensical email exchanges.
This was my first and last time I ever used this site as frankly there are way better digital stores for me to take my business at and with somewhat more competent staff.
i strongly recommend against using this site unless you enjoy getting pounding headaches trying to solve barebones problems with CS.

I bought a key on this site with paypal and the key never arrived. Contacting the support they told me that for some reason my order has activated their anti-fraud systems. I sent other emails and they replied that they now have some technical problems in sending the codes automatically. In the end I got tired and asked for the refund they approved. I've been waiting a week and they've just been wasting my time. I will never buy on this site again. It is the first and last time.

I bought dragon ball xenoverse 2 deluxe and got an email saying order number. Now, I put that in and that didn't work so I guessed there was supposed to be another email. I have waited over 10hours for that email. So either I have been given a false code or their 'instant delivery' is a load of crap.
Got it after 1 whole day of waiting. Honestly you shouldn't put instant delivery if you can't guarantee it.

I received wrong code. I bought ESO Summerset Upgrade Steam key, as it turned out it wasn't Steam key. The one I received I should activate on Bethesda's site, but I couldn't because I have base game activated on Steam. After contacting with their support on Facebook, they told me that I should get my money back in one day, to 18.09.2018. We have 20.09.2018, I still don't have my money back, and their support is READING my messages on Facebook, but they are not responding. That's just plain f*cked up customer service... gg 0/10 would not recommend

Okay, so their customer service employee contacted me next day after posting this review (coincidence?), he told me that I should receive my money soon. Finally on Friday (21.09) afternoon the funds were on my bank account. I'm changing the rating to 3/5 from 1/5. It wasn't smooth, but I finally got my money back.
