Took my money and ran.

Ordered a game with Paypal, money was taken out of Paypal, key was not delivered. I've been trying to get in contact with someone through their support email, but so far have gotten nothing.

Invalid Key- no refund after 2 weeks.

Bought a Key to Trackmania United Forever on Uplay. Key was invalid.
After sending screenshots to support I was assured to get a refund.
2 Weeks later no refund. My e-mails are being ignored.
Look out for this scammers.

Edit:
Got a refund after like 17 days + a free game.
Looks better now.

I purchsed two PC games without Steam…

I purchsed two PC games without Steam on the 26 and 27th April 2018 and never got the games, no answer from my email's it's now 5 May 2018, I think there crooks and I have been scammed. Don't deal with them even Amozan cant find them, they're not bad they are the worst company I've ever delt with. SIns posting this review I now have my games this confusion was caused by them ignoring my emails.

The saga goes on, I have now asked G R for help as the game, Brothers In Arms Earned In Blood, will not work, but as usual no reply to my email, it will not activate even with the correct activation code, their customer care should read, could not care less!
I'm unable to telephone them, isn't that handy?

Nothing Instant about their "Instant Delivery"

I ordered two programs from two different sites promising instant delivery, cdkeys.com and GamesRepublic.com. CDKeys I received the steam key in about 4 minutes. Game Republic, after an hour I contacted their email support which I got no reply from after another hour, so I sent an additional email, followed by a third two hours past that. After roughly 13 hours I received several emails. One email saying an instant delivery was not possible because of an IT issue; Second email stating that it looks like I received my "instant delivery" already; and a third email with the Steam key. This is the first I used Game Republic and likely will never order from here again, because my first impression is Games Republic's "instant delivery" better fall within their 9-5 structure.

Awful company

Awful company - key did not arrive as advertised ('instant delivery' I think is what their website says) so after several hours I asked for a simple refund. Refund was not provided - gave me some bs about having to do this using 'chargeback via my bank'. The bank looked into it and said actually that they could not do this (I paid using paypal) and said I would need to talk to Games Republic directly to ask for a refund.

So... I asked again for a refund from Games Republic. Nothing. Rubbish dishonest company.

Bad contact

I've procced two orders.... but they didn't send the keys.... Support isn't answering for a day.... FB as well.
Hopefully paypal will give my money back.

What they call error, others call criminal like u handle the Civilization 6 situation..

What u think Games Republic from Malta, who you are?

Today i spoke to my lawyer, and he said:
"Let them revoke your Key and screenshot this too. Then send me all the Screenshots you made, the Invoice from Games Republic and the complete Email conversation between you and this company. I will handle this and we will see them on the maltesian court (Art. 742 COCP)."

I was so happy to hear this, cause mistake or not! You cant make a deal, take money and deliver AND then u want to backward and try to revoke the contract. Thats a funny way, but this is your mistake, get used to it. Other companys made also mistakes in their lifetime, but no one tryed what you (Games Republic) want to do or you think u can do, what u think!
And i am one of the customers, who will not life with that fact. Your discount code is a nice try, to keep the public and customers calm, but they didn't have to. Cause there is a law, also in malta. You have much too learn like Yoda would say!

See ya on court of malta in i guess 1 or 2 years, but we will see us xD so long hf and bb

The Worst Customer Service Ever.

This company is ridiculous. First they make a price error and leave it alone for 12 hours. Next they punish the customers by revoking the deal without their consent. Third they give you a 25% coupon, only to neglect to inform you that it is only valid for a month. Lastly, they let you keep the garbage game they created, proving that this was nothing but an elaborate, and dumb I might add, scheme to shill their worthless product. This company is revolting to the core.

In addition to my complaints, this company continues to pull shaddy practices. The number of glowing reviews in light of the controversy are due to paid shills. Frivolous companies, such as GR, hire them to manipulate reviews. Please do not be fooled by them.

Shop anywhere else but Games Republic.

Yes, we made an error putting a game on a huge discount, which was pretty obviuos it's an error - a game was three weeks old, had 80% discount while the base game had only 15% discount. The price bug was up on the site for 7 hours not 12 to be exact, as it was during our night hours and we fixed this first thing in the morning. But yes, it was our fault and it should never happen. We understand your anger, but such things sometimes happen and we're not the first ever service to make this error. Sorry about the whole situation.
You did receive a 25% discount code for your next purchase which is valid till the end of the year. how long would you like your code to work?
As for reviews, we don't buy them. These are legitimate reviews from our users who haven't been affected by the Civilization VI price bug. They didn't have the bad experiecne with our service so they are rating the shop as they like. Those reviews have a reference number, just like yours. I guess it's just your assumption that we buy the reviews, or do you have any evidence we're lying?
We understand you're mad about your order for Civilization VI, but please don't accuse us for things we don't do.

Best deal ever.

I found this website on black friday and it was awesome.
They gave a 5% off in my first purchase, a free game for my first purchase and a free game for spending at least $5.
I got 3 star war games (plus the two free games) really cheap and received the steam keys really fast and they worked flawessly.

Defenitely buying again.
