I'm starting this review with a 3/5 stars. I'm currently waiting on my code and it's been over an hour. "Instant delivery" sure doesn't sound like what it means. There is 120 reviews and I'm starting to see why this website has a mediocre score. Please read the reviews people and just like everyone else... You're probably better off ordering from a different website. More to follow when my code appears...

I've ordered about 9 hours ago and still haven't received my Project Cars 2 key.
The "Instant Delivery" that they advertise with is a blatant lie. I highly doubt that reason my key hasn't been delivered is due to another "Technical Issue", I quite frankly believe that they don't have an IT system in place that can handle this.
I've just reported Games Republic for false advertising to Trading Standards and if I haven't received my key within the next hour I'll raise a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Future customers, stay away you've been warned.
* Key has just been received, about 20 minutes after posting this review.

dishonest; they say its instant delivery, but they do not instantly deliver your purchased item, been waiting for around an hour, nothing received, sent emails to their support, no reply, finally i sent them an email asking for full refund and no reply again, called their phone number (got it from paypal) the phone is incorrect!!!
I want a full refund.

I ordered a CD key about 13 hours ago and no delivery. if you want cheap steam and console games just go to cd keys or g2a it will save you time and hassle.

Instant: NO , a scam : YES
Terrible support. When they say 24h respond, more like, I won't even send you a email to confirm your purchases. I even tried to buy the game a second time. First time no email at all even though I got charged on my credit card. Second time buying it , I got a confirmation email, still no code. Basically i'm left with 50$ charged on my credit card/paypal. No game, no email, no responses. I'm extremely disappointed and I wish that this doesn't happen to anyone. Hopefully they will reach to me on email so I can get a refund for one of my order and a code for the other. To be honest, I just want them to say something to me. I just don't want it to be a scam ... but so far, it is. (Sorry for my grammar mistakes, english is not my first language)

I made a FEW purchases in this store and ALWAYS a waiting period of several hours up to FEW DAYS for gaming keys.
Support FATAL waiting time answer from a few hours to SEVERAL DAYS - you often have to be notoriously because they do not answer.
Some of my orders have been canceled and I have to WAIT EVEN WEEK on REFUND for my PAYPAL account.
In one opinion, WEAK STORE, WEAKNESS SERVICE, HIGH PRICES, LOW PROMOTION AND LONG LONG .......... EXPECTATION TIME FOR ORDER.

Good experience, a little stress because the first email order confirmation i received doesn't include the key. Because the key is sent in a second email a few minute after the first one.
But at the end, my purchase was a success :)
