Regarding scams and nuisance calls, we are Ofcom registered, fully compliant with regulations and we take the misuse of our numbers very seriously. Gamma is a business-to-business (B2B) wholesaler for number ranges to thousands of businesses across Europe. Therefore, it can appear that Gamma is making calls to the general public or able to control who uses them - this is not the case. Our numbers are being, at times, misused by other businesses, or non-Gamma numbers are ‘spoofed’ to make it appear as though Gamma is calling when this is not the case.
With that being said, we want to help clamp down on nuisance calls in any way we can. Therefore, we would be happy to investigate any reports to check the current owner of the numbers and can act where applicable if they are ours. Instead of leaving reviews, we would kindly ask that you provide the details of the numbers that have called you, including timestamps with our Misuse team. It helps to provide the number that received the call so we would ask that you complete the form via the link at the bottom. Our Misuse and Fraud teams can then investigate the situation.
However, if you do not want to contact us further, we would suggest reporting the numbers to the police, via www.actionfraud.police.uk or call 0300 123 2040 (if in England, Wales or Northern Ireland). If in Scotland, report to Police Scotland by calling 101.

Migrating numbers between clients and products can sometimes be cumbersome and/or complicated but with the Gamma portal, this process has been made easy and depending on what is being migrated, it is automated, without having to speak to anyone. Very efficient and prompt service

Do NOT trust this company
Having been a customer for many years, we cancelled at the start of this year. This company continued to take direct debits, without authority.
After we cancelled the DD the credit control team started chasing us, despite agreeing they owed us money.
Getting a refund is proving nigh on impossible, with them constantly requesting our bank details, amd the latest ruse being to ignore a company name change and insisting we have an account in the old company name, which would be illegal.
They were happy to take our money but don't want to return what they have basically stolen from us.
Avoid this company - absolutely not to be trusted.

Gamma Group's website fails to impress from the moment you land on its homepage. Thank you as well for recognising that, like any telecommunication provider, Gamma can appear to be making calls to the general public, but this is not the case.
That said, we want to help clamp down on nuisance calls in any way we can. Therefore, we would be happy to investigate this to check the current owner of the numbers and can act where applicable if the numbers are ours. Thank you for providing the numbers and we have now passed these over to our Misuse team to investigate.
UPDATE - Our Misuse team have confirmed the reseller has investigated and they were unable to locate any outbound logs on their platform for the reported numbers based on the timeline provided. This means that different numbers have been used and spoofed to appear as Gamma numbers.
They lease telephone lines they sometimes get misused
I contacted Gamma and they investigated the number involved in scams and suspended the number I ask that you contact Gamma for investigation and concerns
