I have used this company for my bird food for years now. I find on-line ordering easy. Their food is good quality - the birds love it - and comes at a good price, especially if you can use their frequent special offers.
Delivery is very speedy (sorry delivery men - I know it is heavy!) All in all, a great comapny

Rats are everywhere. They have been raiding my bird feeders. No matter where I place them Ratty will find a route. So as I saw an ad for Garden Birds metal feeding station at half price £9.99 , I couldn’t really go wrong. Arrived next day, as usual with this company, and it was assembled and in the garden within 15 minutes : the birds took another 5 to start using it ! Very well made, strong and ridiculously cheap ! I have been buying seed from this company for a couple of years, always good quality and value. My only very minor gripe is that the eponymous “Linda” from Garden Bird sends me an email EVERY day of the week. There’s only so many birds I can feed my dear , can you control yourself somewhat ? Otherwise, great company… HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Always good quality sunflower hearts, the starlings love the suet balls as do the blue tits, if they can get a look in!!
Price also very good for what you get, hence why I order from this company every time.

I’ve purchased my garden bird needs for several years. The range of quality products allows me to choose what I’ve learned my birds prefer. The availability of smaller packets is essential as my ability to lift is impaired. Responsive customer care and prompt dispatch can always be relied upon. Sadly, I found the customer service representative dismissive and rude on my last order when I had a problem. So much so that I looked around for another supplier, despite me using them for a long time, for lots of orders. I found when googling that several of the top ones, while looking to be different companies, all appeared to have the same or similar addresses and contacts. So that made it hard to know who to move to. However, I eventually found a local supplier that is a small family firm with excellent products and great customer service. So it’s all worked out in the end.
