Terrible customer service. Rang repeatedly to tell them door had broken (couldn't open it) and we were moving house. Were unable (unwilling) to book an engineer in until after we had moved despite us ringing repeatedly to explain we really needed access to the garage.

The Company was Excellent in delivery, Good Communication status, and timing in Overall delivery of the Product.

The whole process has been very easy, from initial contact to installation. The chap that can out to measure up, Andrew Stockdale was very knowledgeable and measured up and explained my options very well. I went for the Transform Pro, it was installed today by Paul Smith who was very friendly and professional. The installation took under three hours, and the operation of my door was fully explained. I was also guided through the registration process. All in all very impressed.

Chris Hammett the fitter had a real battle removing the old door and frame but never once complained and just got on with it with a smile on his face and managed to remove all the old frame and door without causing any damage to the surrounding structure. The finished quality of the fit is testament to his hard work and enthusiasm. On completion he cleaned the area and removed all rubbish plus the old garage door, then took the time to explain how the door works and demonstrated the remote controls plus the manual override. He was a pleasure to have working on our property.

Trim above door incomplete very unprofessional

I recently had a garage door fitted by Garolla.
The whole process from contacting them through to installing was so easy and straightforward. Luke the salesman who visited my property fully explained the product and how everything would look when installed. He was very professional and very easy to talk too and clearly knew the products well.
David the installer was excellent. He quickly got to work and did an extremely professional job. He even went off and got extra materials he hadn’t been supplied with. He fully demonstrated the use of the door and the back up process if the power failed so it could still be opened.
The door looks amazing and works perfectly.

The engineer phoned to see if he could come earlier than planned. (which was thoughtful, instead of just turning up ). He dismantled the old garage door in no time. The new door was fitted without any problems and worked fine. Overall, The engineer obviously knew his job and it was pleasing to see that he kept his workplace clean and tidy.

The installer, Simon Hall, arrived at the time expected and against the odds completed the installation quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the results.

Clive and Oakley arrived on time, were polite, friendly and worked steadily and efficiently. Measurements were all verified, the old broken door was removed, and the new Garolla Titan door fitted, with all trims. The explanations and demonstrations were flawless, all waste was quickly removed, leaving a very clean, fully-functioning installation. Clive and Oakley did a great job, and we are delighted with the product and installation.

Garolla were absolutely brilliant from start to finish! We had a new electric garage door fitted and the whole process was quick, easy and professional. The fitter - Scott- was friendly and lovely. He went through every step of the process regarding the installation and demonstrated how to use it. He was patient, explaining everything clearly. He arrived bright and early and had finished in great time. The garage door looks great and was finished beautifully and fits well. A superb experience. Thank you Scott and Garolla. Fantastic!

I’ve now been waiting 7 weeks for a warranty repair on my garage door, which has been left stuck half open the whole time.

How can a company think it’s acceptable to leave a customer waiting this long with a faulty garage door and no proper resolution? The lack of urgency and customer care has been extremely disappointing.

If you’re thinking of using Garolla for your garage door, PLEASE DONT.

Although the dispatch team sent another customer door to my address, Daniel excellently arranged to redeliver the door and came to install the door the same day. Very good.

Rob Clough did an excellent job installing the new garage door. I am pleased with the overall look.

Excellent, clean, efficient, well organised, tidy. Mark Osbourne, the installation engineer couldn't have been more helpful and professional.

My engineer was called Dan Anderson who was so helpful and did an excellent job

Tricky review as sales guy was brilliant, fitters excellent but then they should be as on commission and paid for service, however credit when credit due.

Roll forward a year to Sunday 19th July it stays open/doesn't close. Customer services closed on a weekend which I mainly get but should be an out of hours.

Ring Monday 20th July, sadly all systems are down so need to call back the next day. Call back, after being on hold for about 25 mins i log a call with helpful guy who says he will put as a priority as garage in a vulnerable position (we work full time). Get an engineer booked in.... 7th August... another 17 days. Pretty unacceptable.

*If they can amend it the review will change but 17 days for an engineer is disgraceful.

Seems they have a great product, sales team and fitters but no regard to anything else after that. If there are no engineers free till the 7th August... you need to reshape that department.

Needed new garage doors and decided on an upgrade. The online quote system was simple enough. The site survey went well and ensures that the dimensions are accurate.
On the day of fitting, our engineer, Shaun, was very professional, checking everything supplied was correct before starting and ensuring we were happy at every stage of fitting.

Very easy to arrange. Kept informed throughout the process. Fitter arrived and completed the installation as agreed. Both the surveyor and fitter explained everything clearly and concisely. More than happy with the job.
