Had my Garolla electric roller garage door fitted today the fitter arrived on time was very professional made a great job explained how it worked took the old door and fitting away superb Job would highly recommend this company

Awful experience. Left with a garage door that doesn’t work. Engineer eventually visited our property and confirmed the unit should have been recalled due to fault. A guy called WAYNE then advised not to worry they would replace the unit in July. That was a no show. Don’t touch this company with a barge pole they lie and never show up. Disgraceful have reported to trading standards and watch dog now as sick of companies like this.

Had the titan door fitted as advised by the surveyor as we have a car port so any back draft would not damage the door and its a solid security door. Surveyor was great got booked in, Dan Nichols the fitter was intouch a week before the actual date we was booked for and told us he can fit it earlier which was great, came today job done really happy with it.

The engineer Nathan was really helpful did a great job cleaned up after the job was done ✔️

I will try to be as honest as possible, I enquired about having a garage door in April 2026, had the survey and ordered a new garage door on the 1st May. The door was supposed to have been fitted on 9th June. The door for some reason was sent to an address in Walsall. Rearranged with Garolla to have it installed on the 3rd July. This did not happen due to personal issues with the installer. The job then was rearranged for the 21st July.
The two installation guys completed the garage door with just the override handle to finish. The two fitters worked really hard , were very professional and done a superb job to high standard.
The only gripe I had was, that I thought the Garolla schedulers could have done better with the time scale in getting my garage installed sooner.

Hello, just wanted to say , thank you both , Richard and Richard , yes they have the same name ,just like the two ronnies, so efficient kept it quite tidy , the information they give me and the brochure and how to if there was a power cut out to put the key in showed me everything if there’s any problem just ring them , lovely garage doors . I’m very happy very pleasant young man just to say thank you. again PS there
was a dent and a scratch in the inside of the box but I rang up and straightaway they’re gonna order another box and put it up. The gentlemen. Craig said was probably it was when it was ordered and something went wrong but that’s all, but he just said not a problem gonna order a new box and we’ll be able to fix it just straight away so thank you again. The service received was excellent from keeping us updated regarding the manufacture of the door to booking the appointment for fitting. The installer Jack Houghton was amazing polite friendly and very efficient. We would recommend this company to everybody #you only get what you pay for worth every penny

Louis messaged me with a time the night before and arrived promptly quickly diagnosed what needed doing and competed it checked all was okay and tested everything. Louis was polite friendly and courteous we would recommend him for your job.

We are extremely happy with our new garage door installed in Milton Keynes. Adam and his colleague did an outstanding job from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy when they finished. Adam explained clearly how to use the garage door and made sure we understood everything before leaving. Both of them were polite, respectful, and highly professional throughout the installation. The quality of their work was excellent, and they deserve 10/10 from us. Thank you very much for such fantastic service. We highly recommend Garolla to anyone looking for a new garage door.

The whole experience from the initial meeting with Ian the engineer who measured, quoted and answered all my questions with regards to replacing my two garage doors to the support from the main office to the outstanding service given by Roman who installed the two doors was painless and very professional.

This is the worst company l’ve ever dealt with, lt’s virtually impossible to speak to anyone when there is a problem,they take payment then leave the job unfinished ,,,,,,,
Well guys time to give you an update l received an email from MARK the OPERATIONAL LEAD who said he would look into my complaint ,the same day l received a phone call from ABRAHAM l apologise if l haven’t got your name right. Mr ABRAHAM said emails had been sent and l would receive an email within the next 24 hours with a new completion date for the work to be finished, which they have already taken payment for, still waiting for email, phone call ,it seems to me the only thing Garolla can do properly is take your money. My first review hasn’t changed at all.

The whole process was amazing, from choosing the door to the survey and finally the fitting, Chris Hammett the fitter was brilliant , punctual, efficient, polite and tidy

Richard Lock came and fitted my new Garolla electric garage door. He came when he said he would, fitted efficiently and tidied away, was done in a few hours, and explained how the doors worked. Very pleased with the whole process from the initial survey to fitting.

Non existent customer service.
When you call them as an existing customer, there is a queue which lasts for ever.
I called on Monday, was told call again as their systems were down.
Called today, 7 minute hold. Pressed Star to get a call back.
Did not receive a call back.
Called again, this time pressing 1 for new sales.
Got connected to someone and was re-assured someone will finally call me back.

So far no call back. They are very good at asking for reviews once installation is complete but there seems to be no after sales service available.

Very disappointed as the door was not cheap.

Terrible customer service. No interest in customer once warranty expired. Rarely called back. Fixed date for repair then advised at 24 hours notice that not coming.Do not think about using this company if you need a garage door. You will not get service that was promised

The service was excellent, from next day survey with clear pricing policy. The planning and measurement went smoothly, the communication was good. The door was delivered when we were told it would be.
The installation guy Kane was very professional and did a great job

I tried to fix, or temporary fix my electric Door and kind of made a mess of it

Louis Walker came across a few weeks ago inspect today and got the door working and came back today to fix the bodged job that I had done

He was really quick and very professional and I'm so happy to have my Door working automatically again because it was doing my arm in to perpetually use the winder LOL
