Great service great staff excellent cars and a great experience

Despite boasting of 'rigorous inspection' of all vehicles sold, they claimed not be aware that the Mercedes I bought had undergone repairs costing £10,000-plus after a serious accident. I bought from this dealer rather than a private seller to avoid such a nightmare but when I raised this issue, they chose not to try to sort it out with me. Instead, the only response was a nasty solicitor's letter. So much for customer service and 'rigorous inspection'. Now left with a car I don't trust. You have been warned.

Well decided to go with this company because of the great reviews, so I picked a vauxall mokka and they were great from the start. we were waiting for a couple of parts and they tried there hardest to get me on the road but I had to go back to work up north ,but as they said no vehicle leaves without being right,so true to there word 2 days later the car was ready so I travelled down by train ,and then a taxi from the station of which they reimbursed me which was very good of them, the car was perfect I was more than happy so I would definitely recommend this company for being honest and true to there word, a dream to deal with so thankyou to the guys at grashion much apreciated.

Lovely little place though, just take car if you buy one on a few rest runs or someone who knows cars with you. Emailed company about battery light
Was told to go through warranty to a garage in Rotherham Holmes electrical- rude aggressive man told me it could take him months to look at my new car even though he had no other jobs in that day ..
Then the battery light went off itself so I thought all was ok.. broke down a week ago
AA breakdown was scratching his head..diagnostic machine showed nothing..
Had to get towed to my local garage that are up to their eye balls with jobs so sadly meaning I've got/ had no car...I'm absolutely gutted as we paid cash and traded old car in so that I would own this car thinking it would be easier and a lovely cheap to run car. Maybe one day soon I'll get a reply or my car fixed fingers crossed?

Just a very easy and pleasant way to buy a car nothing was too much trouble I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great service from Grashions bought a Citreon C3 for my partner took on a test drive received a fair price for my trade in, Clark taxed the vehicle whilst we exchanged documents and gave the car a valet so it was looking great and ready to go on collection highly recommend these guys not pushy trustworthy and above all a great vehicle!!
