After having a terrible experience with a big dealer which turned into returning the vehicle after only 4 days, me and my partner went to autotrader in the hopes of finding an honest and well run dealer that wasn't pushy and fair on price.

It was then that we stumbled upon the family run and local (to us) Grashion and they were everything above and more.

You can trust me with this review because I rarely write them but I feel compelled to sing their praises.

What a down to earth and honest dealer. From the very first moment we walked through the door the car was ready and prepped with keys in the ignition. Anthony then spent a decent amount of time with us just chatting away and building some rapport not once mentioning the car or any products to sell us. This felt friendly and honestly was a breath of fresh air.

We were then given our own time to look around and discuss without anyone breathing down our neck. We loved the car and we're keen to buy pending a successful test drive. We took it out and we loved it and we put pen to paper as soon as we got back.

We did notice one thing and that was the sun visors mirror was smashed but they are ordering another one and shipping this out to us at no extra cost straight away.

This is by far the easiest and most straight forward and relaxing experience we have ever had. We weren't in there getting products and warranties shoved down our throats for 3 hours.

In total we looked, test drove and bought a car in under an hour. We picked up our car a few days later where Clark (who was also very friendly and chatty) was waiting with all the documents and keys ready to go. We taxed the vehicle and away we went.

I will be returning to Grashion if they are still there when our cars decide they have had enough. 10/10 experience.

As much as the previous experience was shocking and filled me with anger if that hadn't have happened we wouldn't have discovered Grashion. Everything happens for a reason.

Long running family business which showed in its quality of service and after service. The cars were honest and fairly priced, well displayed and advertised with full service history. Compared to buying from a large dealership you feel as though the experience of buying a car is a personal choice with expert help, rather than pushed desperately for you to purchase anything, tied in with you expecting you to buy loads of extras in case anything goes wrong. Ant was a great help but wasn’t pushy and made sure everything ran smoothly according to our time plan, not theirs.

First time buying a car from here. The guys made it a painless experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new car.

After searching for weeks, came across Grashion on Autotrader and I’m so glad I did. After a not so great experience with another seller I was really apprehensive, but I needn’t have been. The service we received was fantastic, and the quality of the cars was impressive. The staff were there on hand if we needed them and were extremely helpful and informative but not intrusive.

Bought a car 6 months ago, just out of the 3 month warranty the ad blue light came on at 500 miles it should come on at 1000, you have to fill the adblue because if you don’t it counts down your mileage and then totally cuts the engine so it is no longer drivable, once filled, it should re-set the computer but it did not re-set leaving me on count down, I rang Grashion to inform them and for advise and they said take it to main dealer, I took it to Vauxhall who kept it for 2 weeks and it cost me £450 as it needed a new part to enable it to be re-set (nitro oxide sensor). Just had its service today at a well established garage in my local area and have been advised to go to Manor tyres as they could not get the one if the rear wheels off however hard they tried and if I have a puncture on a journey I’m stuck…. so good polite staff at Grashion but this car is terrible. It may be a once off for them, I sincerely hope it is as to buy a car that is a lemon that cost just over 10 grand to buy isn’t really what I call a good deal, disappointed. Also with the response when it was just out of the month warranty.

After recently purchasing a car from this garage I would highly recommend them. Car was as described and in immaculate condition. Very friendly staff and communication was excellent from start to finish. Would definitely consider using them again in the future.

Details were sent to me after online search, visited to view and test drive. Car was ready, decided to buy paperwork completed including road tax, quick call to Insurance Company and ready to drive home same visit.
