Great service. Third time buying from here and it is a fantastic place. Great cars and customer service is brilliant.

The car looked lovely when i arrived to collect it but when I had chance to inspect it a week later after being ill and unable to drive it I found there were a lot of scratches on it and chips.
The back bumper is faded and had patches on until I purchased some back to black and sprayed it the front part of the car near the driver side headlight pops out.
When I phoned to tell them this I was told to take it to a Renault garage to get it fixed and it would only cost ME!!!!! a bit to get it fixed.
I feel the car was overpriced.
Overall the owners were friendly and lovely, the car not so lovely and neither is the smell when the air conditioner is on.

Really good, friendly and honest people, not pushy and prepared to spend time making sure that the car you choose is right for you. Car was well prepared and everything was done to make the sale easy. A gem of a garage and a pleasure to deal with. The car still puts a smile on my face each day I drive it. Looked at many cars and garages before finding this garage and this car. Can't fault either and highly recommend them.

No pressure sales at all, just allowed to look over the car at my free will. Professional and efficient service. Communicated well through out. Swift and easy transaction. Would recommend.

Anthony was very helpful and accommodating during and after the sale. Whilst we've had a few minor issues with the car since the purchase he's been very responsive and helpful in addressing them.

Recently purchased a car from Grashions. There is good variety of high quality cars to choose from. There are no pushy salesman & left to browse at your leisure. Had a small issue with car I bought, which was sorted out with no quibbles & couldn't have been more helpful. Would highly recommend.

We had a refreshing experience recently buying a car from Grashions. From the moment we walked in, we were given plenty of time and space to look around without being pressurised by a sales person. We then had an informative talk about the vehicle we bought and was given a fair price for my part exchange without going through the nonsense of negotiating with a manager sat in an office! Very professional, excellent standards of the vehicles on show and great customer service. Would highly recommend.

I recently purchased a car from grashion automotive as been let down dramatically by Bristol Street motors. I seen the car on auto trader. Spoke to Tony and arranged a viewing. Within an hour all paperwork sorted and drove away. Really happy with the car no issues. Great response and communication with the company. Definitely would recommend visiting if there's a car for your needs that they have.

Bought a kia Cee'd a few weeks ago, and the car has been great since not a problem. Customer service was great I made an appointment to view on a Saturday, I was left to view the car in my own time. Wasn't pressured into buying it. And when I decided I wanted the car I was able to drive away same day and no hassle. Thank you
