Easy and convenient
This parking option is such a great place to park ahead of flying out of and returning to Gatwick North.
It is more expensive than other on and off site parking (which is why I have gone with 4 stars) however it’s the convenience you are paying for which provides a sense of peace once you arrive as you park the car and walk through to the terminal.
On return there is no waiting around as once you have come through security you have a 4 minute walk back to the car park.
We will always chose this option for Gatwick North 😁

I felt the parking at Gatwick long stay…
I felt the parking at Gatwick long stay was convenient and cost effective in comparison to alternatives. The bus service was easy to use to get from A to B.
However, I found the parking bays were narrow in the carpark and we struggled to get ourselves and things out whilst in the bay, but easily rectified by getting said items ect out before parking.
Constructive feedback would be to modernise the carpark by having sensors to mark empty bays to enable more efficient parking, being able to easily recognise where I could park from the get go.
Overall, great value for money and convenient place to park for traveling from the airport, both terminals.

Gatwick’s Holiday Parking
Our experience with Gatwick’s Holiday Parking was easy and convenient. I did see a few staff members parking the cars with great care, which for me was reassuring as I’ve seen other companies driving customers’ cars erratically. The staff onsite and driving the shuttle bus were friendly and helpful and the whole process of parking and getting to the terminal was quick and hassle free. I will be using this service again without a doubt!

Nice & close to the terminal - website & app clunky if you need to amend your booking.
The good.
Ease of booking, offers advertised online and good information on the lead up to our trip. North terminal short stay facilities where good with information well laid out.
The not so good.
Whether via the app or the website, I found it nigh on impossible to change the entry time. The layout and UI appear as if you have to rebook/start from
scratch just to change an entry time, with the real possibility of accidentally cancelling your original booking - and maybe even being cart robbed.
It should be way easier to just adjust the time via a booking reference and then paying any additional fee if it should incur extra cost.
Please sort that out.

I like the fact that you can park my vehicle myself and keep my keys. I can park in a space knowing that it is in a safe place. The car parks are very close to the airport and transfer is very regular and frequent. Booking the car park is so easy. Highly recommended

Short term North
Short term North. A joke. I didn't prebook. Spent 20 mins driving up and down looking for a space. Left and ring for assistance. Was told the car park was full. Cars were still coming in and no spaces. No staff on hand. No signs to say it was full. No lights above spaces to show them as vacant. A charge of 8 pounds for 30 mins. That's more than my pay rate. Only saving grace that they did not charge me on exit. Went to long term north where you have 2 hours free and a ten minute shuttle bus to the terminal. Would recommend this option. But not short term people fighting over spaces.
