SHOCKING! got told our summer house would be delivered and built in 4 /6 weeks and two no shows later still waiting! Enough is enough I want my money back!!

It took us sometime to come to a decision as we surveyed the market and found Ed and Andy most helpful in explaining the different options.

The only real downside is the long delivery time of 12-14 weeks, whereas another company could supply within 4-6 weeks

I have purchased a show chalet with build included but sadly it cannot be erected until January which seems a long time to wait. Apart from that we hope for a good service later.

Greenhouse ordered in Jun 20 and literally one day before delivery on 20 August get an email saying that they cannot provide the item that permits the greenhouse to be glazed....very unacceptable

I ordered the shed and paid the deposit, the man who I ordered the shed with was abrupt and did not seem helpful at all with his one or two word replies. I told him what i thought about him and he seemed shocked. I wont order anything from him again.

I like this company. I have dealt with two of them by phone, both helpful (David in Abingdon particularly). I was given good advice too about a slab layer (who should be getting a meritorious conduct badge from them for advertising).

Excellent help and advice from Liam the Assistant Manager when buying a Malvern summer house. It was very quiet when we visited so we had his undivided attention.

Would recommend a visit if you want a shed, outside office or summer house as they have quite a range on display.

I ordered a summerhouse from you on the 31st May 2020 and was given an estimated time for delivery of 4 weeks as of to date I still don.t have the summer house. I have had to do all the phoning of suppliers myself chasing all the time, and when I have phoned your Ferndown office I don't always get a reply from them. Not a very happy customer!!
