The team here has over 25 years experience in this industry, we have literally done it all. We started out manufacturing and installing windows and doors and slowly progressed in to repairs. Now, we offer a very extensive range of repair parts for windows and doors. With our knowledge and wide range of repair parts, we can solve any problems you may have with your uPVC windows and doors. I would like to inform you

I would like to inform you
I paid extra for next day delivery it took 3 days probably couriers fault also the product arrived slightly bent which I rectified as customers had been left unsecured for almost a week either the item could of packed better or the courier more carefull

A great experience

The web site was easy to use, the price was right, checkout was intuitive and the goods were with me, in good condition the next morning. It couldn't get better. Excellent service.

Excellent service and brilliant technical support

I had to change an old PVC door lock mechanism which is not made anymore. Website was great in identifying the replacement, ordered one and arrive promptly. I had some issues but their technical support guy, Taylor, was brilliant and very responsive and now everything is perfect. The beauty of dealing with this company besides their products is that they are very responsive and whats more you can actually SPEAK to someone who knows what they are talking about.

Worth investing in a trial pack first

Wasn't sure which size window seals I needed and so first bought the trial pack. Then was able to order the length I needed with confidence. Both orders delivered a day or so earlier than expected. Happy to use GB DIY again.

Excellent range. Good value. Fast delivery

This is the second time I have used GB DIY Store in the last couple of months. Previously for a set of door handles for a UPVC door, and then for a set of handles for an older double glazed window in my daughter’s house. In both cases I was able to get the perfect replacements at a good price and with fast delivery
