I bought my computer off Gadget Centre in 2024 and I'm very pleased with it.I have contacted them twice both times the service was excellent.I must admit that both contacts were due to failings on my part but they dealt with them with humour and friendly guidance. I have no hesitation in recomending the company.

Bought a Laptop to replace my existing ASUS Vivobook which was 5 years old. Really happy with the Laptop I received. Perfect condition, really fast, looks great, easy to set up, well packaged, good communication on delivery time, no complaints.

What a great service! It was easy to pick the specifications for a laptop that I wanted, and that's exactly what arrived, as expected. It took a little longer than quoted - but that's booking just after the Christmas rush for you! The laptop arrived looking brand new and worked perfectly. Windows came straight off and it now sports Linux (absolutely straightforward and simple to install) and it absolutely flies. Thanks GC - I'll be back!

Ordered laptop on 29th Dec (yes bad timing!), though website said was still around six to eight working days delivery. No sign by the ninth so I emailed to say I'd be away from the 14th Jan, to check progress, "not a problem", it would be delivered by then. It wasn't. I asked to change address to a drop-off point near where I would be, which didn't seem to work as courier insisted they would deliver to the original address. Gadget said I could change the delivery address, I couldn't, as it was outwith the local courier delivery area, they had to do it. I asked Gadget to change the delivery address to the new drop-off point, no response. I ended up having to drive 90 miles to the drop-off point near the original address to avoid the place sending it back after a week. I expressed disappointment to Gadget, no response. The hardware itself looks OK, and nips along pretty well, my issue is with communication and administration. A lack of urgency and concern during purchasing makes me worry about what would happen if any issues arise. Gadget really need to sort out customer service.

I ordered a laptop easily using their guide on specifications. I used them because too much tech goes into landfill and these guys are reusing tech to prevent this. I was told my new laptop wouldarrive with the accessories I ordered within 10 days and it did! Great reconstitited DELL laptop. It works brilliantly. The laptop bag was not up to my standard or liking but everything else is. Green credentials, speed of service and quality all good!

I have bought 3 laptops from them now - the 1st for myself, the 2nd, a few months later, for my brother and the 3rd, two weeks ago, for a club that i'm a member of.
All excellent value. The 1st had a problem which they worked hard to sort out for me. Great customer support team - very friendly and helpful. All 3 now in regular daily use.

Brilliant company, my laptop looks amazing like brand new and is super fast, It got delivered in under 7 days, you literally click on what you want and it's done couldn't be happier with it. 5 stars all day long

Ordered a laptop which turned out to be a little small. Changed (and upgraded without quibble. My "new" laptop is performing perfectly and was and is great value.

Once I get used to Windows 11 everything will be OK (I Hope) came from windows 7, so a biggish jump

I ordered a custom laptop in 2024 with a 3 year warranty and I’ve not had a problem with it since! I’ve used it for playing games with friends, video chatting, and digital art. Overall excellent service!

My laptop was delivered in 3 weeks and I was impressed with the appearance of the machine and the information supplied with it.
Unfortunately I had problems using it and I emailed Gadget Centre. I got a prompt reply and after sending details they asked me to return the laptop. They sent a postage paid label for this.
They tested the laptop and found nothing wrong with it, so they returned it.
I now believe that the problem was entirely due to my unfamiliarity with this particular Dell machine. I am now using it and I am very pleased with it.
Before they sent it back I asked if they could provide a note identifying the various ports on the laptop. I was very pleased to find an enclosed handwritten explanation of the ports and their uses. This is not something that every business would do.

Although I feel somewhat foolish for unnecessarily sending the laptop back, it has provided a good test of Gadget Centre's guarantee process and customer service, which I rate as excellent.

Ordered just before Christmas, it was delivered perfectly. Easy to get up and running to performing just like a new laptop. External appearance is excellent. 10 out of 10 Gadget Centre.

My experience with Gadget centre was 1st class. The laptop is running amazing and you would honestly think it is a new laptop.
I have spoke to my friends and family dont by new go to Gadget Centre.

Having made the choice of components, (noting items it wasn't possible to mandate) and placed the order, I made an enquiry and was pleased to receive an answer a couple of working days later. The laptop arrived soon afterwards beautifully and securely packed and has so far met all expectations both cosmetic and functional. Before ordering and having seen some 'are you real' questions I did do some basic research of my own to locate their promises and to verify the company registration which occurred in 2022. Very glad I decided to make this choice, saving money and reusing things that need not be thrown away.
