Gcore is a technology company that provides a comprehensive suite of cloud and edge solutions, including content delivery, compute, hosting, and security services. Its platform is built on globally distributed infrastructure designed to handle high-traffic, latency-sensitive workloads at scale. The company serves a wide range of industries, with particular expertise in gaming, iGaming, e-commerce, and digital-native businesses. Its offerings cater to organizations of all sizes, from small and mid-sized businesses seeking fast, reliable deployment to large enterprises requiring advanced customization, automation, and compliance capabilities. Gcore's approach centers on integrating its full product portfolio—edge delivery, cloud compute, and security—within a single ecosystem. This unified architecture enables tighter coordination between services, resulting in faster response times, more reliable performance, and simplified operations for customers who would otherwise need to manage multiple vendors and fragmented toolsets. The platform supports a broad set of market segments, including B2B, B2C, B2G, B2B2C, and B2E use cases. Customers benefit from features such as management APIs, Terraform provider support, real-time analytics, SIEM/SOC integrations, and role-based access control, allowing teams to incorporate Gcore's services into existing workflows and complex architectures with minimal friction. Gcore's infrastructure is specifically optimized for workloads that demand consistent uptime, low latency, and the ability to absorb unpredictable traffic spikes without degradation.

How this company uses Trustpilot
See how their reviews and ratings are sourced, scored, and moderated.
The company does not care about its customers or its reputation.
They have no intention of accommodating customer requests. Their only goal is to take payment upfront. Where other companies would issue a refund upon request, here you will be misled and given the runaround.
The company charges in advance without offering any trial period, and then takes advantage of legislation that allows them to refuse refunds.
The company enrolls you in a recurring daily billing subscription without your consent and does not allow you to cancel it at any time (this option is simply blocked).
I cannot recommend Gcore based on my recent experience.
We encountered a serious issue with a dedicated server that could not be resolved by their support team.
Communication has been frustrating and inefficient. Responsibility is constantly being shifted, and even escalation to a supervisor did not lead to a solution-oriented approach.
Additionally, pricing for outdated hardware (e.g. Xeon E5 v4 platform) is significantly above market level, without clear justification.
Overall, the handling of this case lacks technical ownership, transparency, and customer focus.
Not a provider I would rely on for critical infrastructure.

Terraform provider is just terrible and useless.
No any examples, no logic at all

While the technical side and performance are generally fine, the support is absolutely awful.
Responses are slow, often irrelevant, and sometimes make things worse instead of better.
When problems arise, you're pretty much on your own — definitely not the level of support you'd expect from a provider of this size.
Only recommended if you're very experienced and don't rely on customer support.

I've been a Gcore customer for about two years, and for the first year or two everything was fine. But recently, it's like they just stopped caring completely, even though I'm paying them thousands of euros per month.
Support is basically non-existent now. You open a ticket and instead of getting an actual solution, they try to sell you an enterprise support package. Hello? I don't need another paid support plan, I need the problem you caused to be fixed.
It's honestly ridiculous how fast they went downhill. When you're paying this much money, you expect at least some level of responsibility. But apparently, Gcore couldn't care less anymore.

Strange and suspicious company. I was evaluating options to choose the best hosting provider for myself and came across a hoster called Gcore. While researching online, I found a rather accusatory article about this company (mentioning potential fraud, connections to money laundering, Russian agents, etc.). I decided to get some clarity, so I contacted Gcore and asked for an explanation. I even sent them the link to the article. Strangely, I received no reply (it's been several days now) — nothing at all. To me, it’s very suspicious when a company chooses to hide and stay silent instead of addressing concerns openly. I would not trust them.

Be careful!
One of their IP addresses is 92.38.145.145 — check for yourself what’s hosted there. You’ll find Russian scam casino sites, illegal betting platforms, and money transfer services targeting the EU and USA.
Why am I writing this? Because our own IP address was hit by a DDoS attack, and the traffic appears to have originated from their infrastructure. I had previously reported a fraudulent website they host (link is not allowed), and shortly afterward, this happened.
This company seems to provide safe haven to high-risk and potentially illegal operations. Avoid at all costs.
EDIT
This is the letter we sent to Interpol, and I strongly encourage others to take similar action if faced with a situation like this:
Hello,
I would like to report suspicious and potentially criminal activities involving a hosting provider operating in Luxembourg, known as G-Core Labs S.A.
This provider hosts numerous fraudulent websites, including eurojobi.com, a known job scam operation that impersonates legitimate brands without authorization. I contacted G-Core Labs to report this activity, but they have refused to take action.
Following my report, our own website has come under a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack, which raises serious concerns about potential retaliation or complicity.
I recently came across this article that describes a similar case involving DDoS-for-hire services: “DDoS-for-hire empire brought down: Poland arrests 4 administrators, US seizes 9 domains.” I believe this may be a comparable situation.
I am requesting that Interpol investigate whether G-Core Labs is knowingly facilitating these operations or failing to comply with international standards for preventing abuse of their infrastructure.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

G-Core's quick and seamless setup, fast and reliable service, and global data centers have made my website incredibly fast and accessible to visitors worldwide. Their support team is amazing.
I would like to see more options for free hosting plans and a wider range of services. My website's hosting needs have been met, and I can now focus on growing my business without worrying about website performance.

We have been using their DDoS protection (in Frankfurt) and their protection is TOP. Their support is very friendly and professional and they help in all ways. On the other hand, they could improve their DOCS for DDoS protection. Their DDoS protection is expensive, but comes in high quality.
Can simply recommend them (at least their DDoS protection)

I like G-Core's unbeatable speed, top-notch security, and excellent customer support. It feels like using dedicated servers even on virtual servers with databases.
There is not much to dislike, but I would appreciate more information on their security measures and how they prevent DDoS attacks and injections.
In three years of using G-Core hosting, I have not experienced any problems or security breaches, and I've been able to focus on my business with peace of mind.

Gcore's support is absolutely terrible. I had a server with them that constantly experienced connection issues, and it was clear their infrastructure isn't reliable. The performance was poor, with frequent downtimes and unstable connections. To make matters worse, their customer support is completely unhelpful—they neither issued a refund nor processed my request to change the server's location. Honestly, it feels like Gcore's servers are just not up to standard, and their support team doesn't seem to care about solving customer issues. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.

I have been using the product for a few months and payment is automatic via PayPal.
Because of just 4 euros (auto recharge every five days), my account was suspended for lack of payment and when I try to pay, I receive a FRAUD alert on the GCORE panel... Nothing is deducted from PayPal, nothing is declined on my card. I try to pay directly via credit card and the same error occurs and my services were suspended for just 4 euros! I tried to contact them via chat and they were only able to resolve the problem on the next business day and they cannot re-establish my services until the support check it on the business day, even though it is only 4 euros that I cannot pay because the GCORE platform has some problem that has never occurred before. What a shame!
I already used almost every other CDN and VM provider and never had this problem, being suspended for just 4 euros...
The worst part is that you are suspended on the first wrong payment attempt, there is no deadline for being suspended, was there an error in the payment? Suspended.
EDIT:
I changed from 1 star to 3 stars because the service overall is not bad. But it was a bad experience.

Over the course of several years, GCore has been my steadfast hosting companion, and I find myself exceptionally content with their services. The server performance is akin to a well-tuned symphony, ensuring that my websites load swiftly and seamlessly. Their intuitive control panel simplifies the management of my hosting account, making it a breeze to navigate. Furthermore, their adept customer support team is always at the ready, providing timely assistance whenever the need arises. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly endorse GCore for all your hosting requirements.

Hi! I recently started using gcore and was pleasantly surprised with the trial period. I spent the first 100 gigabytes of free traffic on CDN and realized that I really like this service. I am glad I can forget about additional CDN costs. Also, by signing up for the 10 terabytes tariff, I have the opportunity to receive 1 terabyte of cloud storage as a gift. I am thrilled to be able to use all these features. The only thing is that I often write to customer support, and I probably annoy them with all my questions)) But the team always helps me, even with the most foolish questions.

I will say that I have been dealing with G-Core for almost 3 years now. The service is very important in my life .really the service met my expectations, the site never went down and it worked almost without a hitch. My site was moved to their platform really fast, took about 1,6 hours. Another nice thing is that communication is available via phone, email or live chat on the website. The price is perfect for me. thank

I wanted to upgrade my server, but there is no such option. I had to write to the support for this.
They told me they will upgrade my server after asking.
Two days after this I asked them when it's going to be done, just then they asked me for the package I want to upgrade to.
I had issues with the control panel
