I would not recommend this website to anyone. I had a bad experience with one of their services during my first use of the website. I encountered a server issue and contacted their support, but it was of no use. Every time I reached out to them, they would promise to resolve the problem, but nothing happened. They kept lying for 20 days, and since I didn't benefit from the service, I requested a refund. They continued to delay the process, and in the end, they refunded the money to the website's balance, not my bank account. They are extremely unprofessional, and they lack technical expertise. All their claims are lies, and even the simplest problems have no solutions for them.

I recently tried out G-Core's CDN and overall, I'm quite impressed. One of the biggest pluses for me was the pricing - it's really competitive compared to other CDNs out there. Additionally, the network coverage is pretty extensive, so I didn't have to worry about any areas being left out. The support team was also great - I had a couple of questions during my trial period and they were always quick to respond and helpful. And speaking of the trial period, it was great to have the option to test everything out before committing.

The only downside I experienced was that it took a bit of time to set everything up, but that's to be expected with any new system.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend G-Core's CDN to others looking for a reliable and cost-effective solution.

I am writing about what I have experienced currently with Gcore and it was not a really good one, on 29/11/2022 I made an order on 1 dedicated server on a black Friday sale that was advertised, and when payment got thru I waited and write up a ticket to support asking what is the average time for deployment and to my disappointment, the support team told me it was out of stock, my question was if they know it was out of stock why make it available on the website in the first place, a bit misleading I would say. Then of course I requested a refund which also has its own problem, they refund it as credits instead of refunding back to the payment source. I was really furious, contacted support they say they will pass the info to their colleague and for 2 days no answer to the point I gave up, instead I top up an additional 27 eur ontop of the 149eur i have in credit to buy a server that is available for deployment to my dismay that itself have an issue, Contacted support and they say the engineer only work from Monday - Friday and they can't do anything as the engineer need to manually enable the server , then of course i really feel frustrated so right now i have to wait atleast 3 days that is even if they activate the server manually. At this point, all i have to do is wait,

- Asking for a refund they gave in credit.
- Asking for the money back to the payment source is so difficult.
- Buying a dedicated server hoping that it can just solve all of this, is also a problem.

No words to say at this time, I wanted to move to Gcore because of the good network it offers but currently by the look of it from my experience I say otherwise.

Before using G-core I tried other services and there always were annoying errors. I was hunting for hosting to transfer my online shop. My friend advised g-core, so I chose it. Transferring was prompt and finally everything works without bugs. There are also convenient and detailed statistics and I can split traffic across different devices. I’ve been using it for 7 months so far and I’m satisfied with everything.

Gcore breaks their online published rules and policies by not acting upon complaints sent to their abuse addresses, e.g., with regard to spammers using their IP address ranges (forty-five dot ten dot fifty-eight dot zero --thru-- forty-five dot ten dot fifty-nine dot two-fifty-five) for months at a time. When spammers are forced to change servers after other ISP's shut them down, Gcore servers seems to be where they fall back to. We've blacklisted Gcore servers since they've become a menace to the internet.

Every day I receive the criminal phishing attack coming from gcore servers.

I reported multiple times for them, but the problem keep coming almost daily, at more than one year.

Gcore do not care about criminal activity, and they are happy with the profit providing services to criminals.

Stay away of this server, unless you are a criminal.

I haven't run into any confusing or complex issues that need me to take lots of time to deal with. I can upload our files to a network that can load them the fastest for particular users. The user interface and control panel provide us with valuable data and row logs that help us to understand how our business perform and how much traffic we are distribute.

I've been using shared hosting for about a year. Overall rating is positive:
- there is an entire standard set of options,
- there are no restrictions on the number of databases and sites,
- intuitive admin panel.

Gcore is very stable reliable and offer a competitive price, new user interface looks good as well, hope u guys keep going and carry on!

I have a vps in Khabarovsk.This vps is very stable and can running for more than one year whithout downtime.The network with China Unicom and China Telecom is so good, fast and stable.

I've been using G-Core Labs CDN for 5 months and it really helps us to provide content very quick. We are a media company, so provide video content is very important for us. CDN is very helpful. I also like that pricing is transparent and I can look traffic statistics any time I need. At first I had some problems with adjusting CDN, but tech support helped me a lot to fix them.
My verdict is: good product, good service!
