Outstanding help, thanks to Iidel, professional packaging, fast delivery, great great product, I am buying more.

They have a great collection of IT products. After several searches, I found the HP printhead I needed from this website and they also happen to have it for the cheapest.

My only complaint would be the shipping time. It a whole week for the item to come home despite paying additional for the shipping. They also don't have an in-store pickup option.

I highly recommend Gear-up to anyone who wants to build their own customize Gaming PC. They have wide selections of PC parts and accessories which can be rarely found on local or even online shops. Their customer service is one of the best if not the best. Thanks to Mr. Lidel for attending all my queries from start to finish of building my first Gaming PC

Things can, and do, go wrong. Sometimes you don't get what you ordered. I my case, a BENQ 16:10 monitor - when I assembled the unit - a piece was missing from the stand base. This was not the fault of GEAR-UP.ME, but they immediately offered me to return the unit. Actually, I want to keep the monitor - it's great. So GEAR-UP.ME contacted the manufacturer and got them to send the missing piece. This was a couple of weeks ago, and the part just arrived today. My monitor is now complete and I'm very happy.
Things can go wrong - how they get handled is key. GEAP-UP.ME did a great job. Well done and thanks to Lidel for keeping in regular contact and not making me chase for updates, superstar service.

Ordered an amazing computer from them and the results were absolutely stunning. The pictures you see online do not do the company justice considering how amazing it turns out. I would highly recommend using them whether you know how to build your own pc or not. I ordered it from Bahrain and the package was wrapped so carefully and intricately that everything was absolutely safe. Also a turnaround time of a week once I sorted everything out was just amazing!

The communication was perfectly professional and very well done. If I ever need a custom job like this again I will definitely use them again.

Won’t order from them again, shipment takes forever to be processed and shipped, took them around 9 working days to process and ship the package, they were responsive in the beginning assuring me all is well. When i got fed up of waiting , i asked to cancel my order and a refund, they started not replying, i called them and they were avoiding the cancellation request. I sent another email on the day after but nope Not answering at all. And after three working days of cancellation the shipment gets officially shipped and few minutes after guess what? Yes they reply to my three days old emails saying we sent your request to “the specialised department” and its been another 2 working days and no further reply!

So now I’m stuck with a product i no longer need, they wont give me my money back.

Be careful, their prices are good cause they don’t take into an account the taxes. You will end up paying 15-20% more ! Which you will be stuck with if you made the order cause apparently they’ll avoid you till you can’t cancel your order anymore .

And yes so far no reply.
