Great shop with a good selection of items
I have used GEAR4GEEKS a few time times now and I've never had any problems. Items are always well packaged and arrive quickly and safely. They always have a good range of stock and often have some great pre-owned bargains too.

Mad love!
Got an insane deal on a usually expensive Joker from BTAS. I was shocked how quickly it arrived from UK to US, and it was in excellent (slightly used) condition exactly as described. For someone who prefers his collection out of the box (and shareable with his daughter) this was a great find. Thanks guys!

I highly recommend them if you live in…
I highly recommend them if you live in the UK. I ordered my item to Sweden so I had to pay a lot for shipment and import fees.
As soon as my item arrived here in Sweden it was stopped by Postnord and I had to pay 100SEK (8.13GBP) extra on top of the shipment fee in Customs Duty and taxes not your fault though.
The item that I bought in UK for 24.99GBP ended up costing me 46.85GBP here in Sweden.

If you'd sent an email over we'd have happily cancelled and refunded your order for you.
I'm not sure why you had to pay import fees as the declared value was below the threshold for fees.

The item that I ordered was showing as in stock but clearly wasn’t in stock so Gear 4 Geeks issued a full refund without me needing to request it.
Would be helpful if their website matched the what stock they have in.

I'm sorry that you feel that your experience with Gear4Geeks warranted only one star.
We currently have 1038 different products on the site and then multiples of each in stock, totalling around 10,000 units of stock. Sometimes things get misplaced or in this case, had been sent out to a shop we wholesale to by mistake and had gone unnoticed.
I emailed you to apologise and explain the situation while refunding you in full. This was done within 2 working days, possibly 3. From my own recent experience of other online retailers, I've had to chase them for updates and regunds with the quickest being 4 weeks and the longest taking 6 months.
Once the item you ordered had been recalled then it was sent on to you free of charge to apologise for the disappointment with a note from myself again apologising to you.
Mistakes happen but the measure of a person or business is how they are dealt with. I understand only too well how disappointing it is to find an item you love and then for it to be out of stock, so I do my best to make things right when things go wrong.
Despite your negative experience, I hope you can enjoy your item and the upcoming movie.

Never had any issues, and the team do actually take the time to help with specific requests.

Highly Recommend, Hesitant for No Reason
Really great service all round. When the item I was looking for was out of stock in most places, and crazily expensive where it was in stock I was pretty shocked to find it here, in stock and so close to the normal pricing.
I was a little hesitant in trusting the site as I'd never heard of it before but reviews like the ones on this site helped me take a chance and place my order.
Delivery took a little longer than I expected but that was only down to my un-sociable work hours, would have got the order next working day if I had been home to collect.
Will definitely bookmark this store as a go-to in the future for any similar purchases.
