I placed my order on November 6th as a Christmas gift, but I didn’t receive it until early January. The product quality was extremely poor and nowhere near what was advertised. On top of that, customer service was rude, unhelpful, and had an unacceptable attitude. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I would strongly advise others to never order from this website.
The hosting as service is good. With the referral program i earned $1,000 by referring users and is pending and never got paid. 2199 clicks, 40 referrals.
Service was great when they started.
I believe they were one of the first/early hosting companies on .NET and SSD drives. The plans haven't changed from when they were introduced, so its not as competitive as it used to be. Hopefully they have new and improved plans on the .NET hosting side.
