On 15/04 I bought a item on GeekBuying thought Sf Express shipping metod because is supposed include costums taxes for Europe and said about 8 days to delivery.
First: On 25/04 I receive an email of Chronopost to pay 16.90€ for costums TAX. I contact GeekBuying to know if they refund this, because is contradictory with shipping advertise and they avoid to answer the question with a template message that did not answer to nothing that i asked.
Second: With the same order i make and insurance in case of damage or lost. On 15/05 the item already should delivery the item, but it did not. So, I contact the Chonopost and they don't know where the item is, problably was stolen by their workers.
For solve this I contact GeekBuying, and they send me for second time the same templated message that did not answer to my question (the same answer to diferente questions). For sure they don't read my messages. Compared with other similar companies, I have to report this unacceptable experience of costumer service.
