Dodgy website and payment method
Tried ordering a phone twice on the website, they advertise paypal so I tried paying via paypal to offer myself extra protection. Order kept coming up with a 'problem' warning, contacted live chat to ensure I wasn't charged twice and they responded that 'don't worry, if we have we'll refund the money :)'. Despite my better judgement, I tried placing the order again the next day, same problem persists. I've never had a problem with paypal with any other company and paypal suggest the problem isn't with them. After this, I'm definitely not willing to put my actual credit card details into the geekbuying.com website and I'm still unable to purchase the handset. My advice is to go elsewhere.
